On Friday march 31st I came to this chick fa la on Solomons Island Road in Edgewater Maryland and received horrible customer service and the manager Samantha Had nothing to say but “there is nothing she can do about it” I ordered two number one meals for breakfast and I asked them to take one off they then told me I would have to pay again to get the food I already paid for because when they canceled the one order they canceled my whole payment I spent money for my food they told me they couldn’t give me a receipt and I left with no food nobody ever seems to know what they are doing here this is not the first time I have had an awful experience at this Chick-fil-A I wouldn’t recommend anybody going here and I will never be going back myself the manager Samantha herself is so rude and so are her employees and none of them seem to know what their doing not to mention before I left I asked The manager Samantha “ so every time somebody comes to your Chick-fil-A and ask for an item to be taken off you cancel their payment and make them pay again and can’t give them a receipt for what they already paid for?” Which she responded “yup” she is not somebody who should be in position of manager I hope somebody sees this and does something about it she needs to be fired someone in higher position needs to read this review and all the many other reviews about this manager Samantha and do...
Read moreI come here once and awhile when I drive down to visit family, and I am always pleased to say my food is great quality, but unfortunately my visit today was not as pleasant as I'd expect. I was only in line during the rush, and working in fast food myself, I can understand the pressure workers are under when taking and handing out orders, but the behavior I saw from one of the employee's was fairly upsetting to see. From my understanding one of the customers did not have part of his order placed, and wished to have the item. He was very polite to the younger, newer worker who tried to sort out the situation, but the young lady at the cash; lighter ginger hair bob cut-ish was rather irritated and passive aggressive to this customers request. Although this was not directed towards me, it upset's me to see workers become so hostile to their customers. The young lady explained to the customer what he needed to do, but in the most condescending tone which made the customer visibly irritated.... I was very very upset to see this from this locations staff. Although this was the case for today, I was pleased to see how well trained and polite the trainee was, and hope this is addressed to 09/25/19 shift/staff. Feeling a bit disappointed but determined not to let it ruin my meal, I politely approached the server named Kat to request the missing sauce. However, instead of the warm smile and helpful attitude I had come to expect from Chick-fil-A staff, I was met with a cold glare and a dismissive attitude.
Kat's tone was sharp as she brushed off my request, insisting that they were out of the sauce and there was nothing she could do about it. Shocked by her rudeness, I tried to reason with her, explaining how much I was looking forward to enjoying my meal with that particular sauce. But she remained unmoved, her demeanor bordering on hostile.
Feeling frustrated and disheartened by the lack of empathy from Kat, I reluctantly returned to my table, my appetite soured by the unpleasant encounter. Despite the delicious food in front of me, the absence of my favorite sauce and the rude behavior of the server left a bitter taste in my mouth.
