Worst Wendy's anywhere.

I've eaten at Wendy's all over the country (travel for work). They are my favorite go-to.

If you're in a hurry, if you only have two hours for lunch, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I've seen faster 100 year old dead turtles mired in tar pits.

It does not matter time of day, or day of week. It's consistently terrible.

The counter folks are consistently rude, impatient, would sooner talk to each other than look up and greet the customer in line. They treat you like you're interrupting your day, and that's on a good day. Don't bother with the drive up window. That's an exercise in horror I won't describe here.

Neither manager steps up when things are out of control. They will stand there and glower in everyone's general direction.

The tables are filthy. The floors are sticky.

The sandwiches are poorly assembled, and wrapped worse than a three year-old's Christmas present attempts. Really? Really? Did I want mayo all over my hand when I reach in the bag? If you're always going to serve cold fries, at least fill the container. I don't mean stuff, I mean more than 12 or 13.

Standard comments in the nearby office complexes and hotels? "Oh. You DON'T want to go there. Even the gas station Subway or the movie theater snacks are a better bet."

I will forget all this and go back every few months: I mean someone at Corporate MUST have noticed and corrected the situation right?

After two years?...

Been going to this wendy's for quite sometime. Most recently been having breakfast. Their food is good, especially their breakfast fries and baconator. Can't tell what the consistancy of their chocolate frosticino should be, whether it should be similar to an ice-e or chocolate milk. However they lack the ability to verify that the orders are correct before giving them to me. I'd say they've only had a 30% accuracy rate in getting order the correct. Most instances an item has been missing from my order. I've learned to always check my order prior to leaving their establishment. Most recently a breakfast sandwich was missing. Called into the store and they brought it out to me along with an oatmeal bar and a booklet of coupons. They did mention they realized their mistake and tried flagging me down but I had already left their drive thru. A very nice gesture, which is why I'd didn't give them a one...

First off let me say I normally give good reviews. But this is not one. They manager was little rude but his staff was very rude even the cook.. I came with family our food was very nasty and not cooked all the way through. I asked for fresh fries 🍟 she took my fried put them in the grease for 2 seconds and took them out. Very nasty and cross contamination. No one was wearing gloves 🚩. The employees was talking trash about me and my family because I wanted my fries and food to be cooked all the way through. Well that didn't happen. I would not go here ever in life. My fries was cold and nasty. The burgers seem like they already had them made and just served them to us. And my potato with bacon and cheese was soggy and very smelly. I don't recommend...
