DON'T GO TO THIS WENDY'S! (ZERO STARS!) I just got back from this location with my elderly mother on 8/21/23 and ALL THE "GIRLS" there have the WORST, NASTIEST attitudes, acting like children with no sleep! I had to go back because they messsed up my order today, I get to the window and there were 2 girls there, the 1 had MOST of the attitude, she acted like the entire world revolved around her and she makes no mistakes, she said "you should've ordered it right", slammed the window and got the so called "manager", while waiting her and this other girl are rolling their eyes, just giving the nastiest stares out the window, JUST because I said "my order was wrong", she then opened the window once JUST to roll her eyes like a child and say "WHAT DID YOU SAY!?!"... I told her, "I said, I Did order it that way" and she slammed the window again... like a child! Obviously these girls are too occupied in acting like children and "acting tough" then actually working and doing what they're paid to do. They SHOULD NOT WORK AROUND PEOPLE BEING THAT NASTY, Childish and PETTY! I've literally never dealt with this in pasadena/glen burnie before. I'm letting you ALL know, just drive 1 more mile to the other Wendys on Mt.Road, they're ALL so nice and GREAT there. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION. THE MANAGER WASN'T TOO MUCH BETTER, she acted like a child as well. It's hard on everyone right now, please- give your money to people who ACTUALLY deserve it and work for the money because 95% of the kids there don't want to work!
I really wish the owner would watch the footage between us so they know who they're paying, isn't worth it! What makes it a shame is because the 1st girl was actually really pleasant the 1st time, until i came back around and said it wasnt right, (which i wasn't even upset about, mistakes happened etc...) it's shameful what people act like when you're too busy trying to still be the equivalent of...
Read moreWent to this Wendy's for the very first time. Ordered 5 sandwiches 5 sandwiches for 5 ppl. No meals, no fries no drinks, and repeated the order to the young guy working the counter 3 times. Paid for every thing , looked at the receipt, and called the cashier back over because half the order was wrong. His excuse was oh I'm sorry I thought u said ........ I sain NO then repeated my order again. He said have a set he would make it right. My brother and I sat down to wait and at the same time we both said ill bet he still don't get it right. A few mins later the young man came away from the counter with 2 bags and we just counted the sandwiches,,, there was 5. We took the 6mile ride back up to Brooklyn Park and opened the bags and found none NONE of what we ordered. NONE We figured we would go to that Wendy's cause the one one rit hie and crain never gets anything right. I sware I ppl closed the 2 in my area that did great business and got the orders correct all the rest of them u should have closed except the one on veterans hwy....thats the only one the him and I still go to that they get it right.
And when u call all the rest of these pathetic stores they want u to bring the receipt back (wasteinh my gas) and then wanting to argue with u. Never even offering to give u a frosty or cookie or something to compensate for there mistake and my gas. That being said I will never go back to that store, and I one one craon an Ritchie I haven't been back to that store in 3 months and might b another 6 or 7 months b4 I think about...
Read moreStart to finish, horrible experience! Drive-thru was slow to even start the ordering process. Then I got to the window only to be asked AGAIN what my order was. It was TWO items, not difficult. My sandwich was not made to my liking and then the situation got even worse as the cashier looked at the sandwich, touching it with her gloveless hands then brought it back to me. Handing it out the window, as if she was giving it back, I requested it be remade because she had touched it without gloves and deals with money. To which she snapped back that she was simply telling me that it was made correctly. Her attitude and customer service was poor from jump. I was then told to move forward to the mobile pickup area to wait for the remake. After waiting several minutes, I chose to just get a refund. I didn’t trust my food would not be tampered with. Upon getting inside, the girl at the window had not even communicated the remake. She only did so when she saw me standing there, to which she rolled her eyes and then requested the remake. I understand the drive-thru was busy, but it’s a short sentence to ask for a remake. The Manager came forward for the refund while the line person talked about something concerning the remake (not sure if it was positive or negative). When the process was complete, instead of asking me what happened, she turned to the staff who retold the story as I walked out. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I do not recommend.
