If only I have an option to give - or zero star, I would! I don't usually write bad reviews but this really ruined my day today. I ordered at the drive thru tonight with the Host Jazzman order # 3227. She was very obnoxious!!! I had 2 s'awesome burgers with pickles on the side plus chili. My biggest complaint was your person who answered the phone at the drive thru, she wasn't pleasant and very unhappy with her job. Her tone sounded very rude. I had a long day at work but I was happy until I went to your drive thru the first time. Secondly, I went home and I'm missing my pickles, that ruined my entire evening. You need to hire employees that actively listens to customers and knows how to handle proper customer service. Train your employees to sound helpful and smile to your hungry customers and not turn them to being unhappy and "hangry" (hungry+angry) customers.. I'm not returning to this place ever!!!! Read moreWendy's has been confusing of late. I'm thrilled that they have their breakfast menu back, but what's up with this value size BS. So when I ordered the four-for-four I used to get a regular size drink and now I get a child size drink. I always ordered the four-for-four because I got less food than a regular meal but a regular size drink. Now to get a regular size drink I have to up size the four-for-four and get more fries and a bigger drink. How about you just leave the drink the size it was.
So when I ordered a regular meal the other day and they said do you want to upsize that to a medium I said yes knowing that I would throw away most of the fries but because I wanted a regular size drink. Only problem is I got this huge drink because apparently a medium in one meal does not mean the same as a medium in a different meal. Wendy's stop with the confusion!

The drive thru line was long and we went inside. The line inside was also long and service was slow. It appeared the drive thru had priority. We when got to the front, the girl taking orders started filling them. She never acknowledged us, looked at us or even said I’ll be right with you.
