I understand everyone has bad days but when someone is nice to you and you still choose to be rude and disrespectful it says a lot about as person. I went to Wendy's for just a cup of ice, I saw the drive thru was backed up so I took it upon myself to go in, I did immediately see there were hand written notes that said "drive thru only" but as I waited for an employee to at least acknowledge me, a worker came from the back continued to look at the ground and walk past me. Like I said in the beginning bad days are normal and you are entitled to your feelings but ignoring a customer because you think you know what their going to ask beyond ignorant and childish. I have seen the numerous of times driving past this Wendy's it is always packed and after seeing these reviews it's not for good reason. Anyways, to the employees/management of this team, if you throughly do not enjoy your work environment and it is taking a toll on you mentally and physically to the point you can't do your job, find a new one. Ever since the pandemic there are plenty of other jobs and opportunities out there. No reason to stay anywhere you aren't happy. I hope this establishment gets better...

Today I placed a mobile order through the Wendy's app for pick up. Upon arrival I was informed they were out of orange juice, no big problem I requested a refund. The employee servicing me Raymond told me he was unable to give me a refund for the out of stock items (note i have received refunds for out of stock items in the past so I know this isn't true). I asked him for the number to call in which he closed the window in my face and came back not 1, 2, but 4 times offering me different items instead of the number i requested. When it was time for him to hand my order over to me he told me to call the number on the back of the receipt and gave me an attitude when I confirmed the name on his nametag. Read moreIt's a shame when they did the remodel they did not replace all the employees. Terrible customer service. Seems like there's always something going on at this establishment to where they cannot take customers orders.
I go inside to place my order only for them to tell me that the registers are down and inside is for online order pickup only. I then asked but I can go through the drive-thru? And they said yes. So answer me this... There's not a single car in the drive-thru and I'm the only customer inside. Why is it that you cannot take my order through the drive-thru register!? What's the damn difference!? I just laughed when they told me and left. I don't have time to argue with these high school kids that don't want to work.
