Wendy's — Restaurant in Maryland

a simply shameful, humiliating and degrading experience. It turns out I was in a laundromat washing my uniforms accompanied by my 6 year old son, my son asked me if we could eat something and he loves Wendy's food, moments later we walked to the restaurant and realized that the restaurant was closed to the public and they were only serving the Drive thru, I decided to walk with my son and get in line in the same line of vehicles believing that maybe they would serve me that way which was a big mistake, I tried to speak or contact through the speaker but nobody answered me, when it was our turn and we didn't get close to the window, a guy of Asian origin looked us from head to toe very annoyed, I tried to explain the situation and wanted to ask him if he could take our order but the guy who apparently is the manager of that place didn't let me speak, he refused to serve us, he kicked us out and only said that they served people who were driving a vehicle. My question is... what is the difference between that guy serving us and helping us with a food order? Was it necessary for him to treat us in such a contemptuous manner and look at us as if we were criminals? That's not done, at least if that guy had explained it to me in a polite and good way I would have understood, but please train those people well and don't treat anyone badly, it's truly humiliating. This inconvenience happened today...

This place needs a total remodel, everything is dirty, peeling, chipping off, dirty, worn out etc. Someone tried to paint some floor grout with light color it is major chipped and would be better left dark, some times mismatched, ceiling tiles discolored. Behind counter walls, ceilings, etc...awful. Coffee routinely served lukewarm. We we're in the dining room for about 45 minutes today which nearly every table was dirty, floor was a mess and never once did anyone come to clean dining area. Teenagers were walking thru the openings from atrium to main dining room and talking across restaurant, making weird noises across the restaurant and just annoying while trying to eat. It just felt creepy, cheap and dirty. We love the chili, frosties and coffee but are not sure we will go here again. Didn't see the manager today and he is very nice. The staff was nice and replaced our coffees with hot ones. Just has been taken over by loud teenagers and people who leave their mess on tables. The outside is a mess also and needs repairs and updating. Sorry but...

The food was good which I would give a four star but I give the drive thru experience a zero for the manager took my order and he took the liberty upon himself to upcharge my order without my consent. I normally don't eat that much, so a size small meal feels me up. My usual order is a small 4 for $4. But the manager decided to change my order after I placed it in the drive thru from a small to a large. Once I got to the window to pay, he tried to tell me that I said large. I politely told him that I NEVER once said large when I was making the order he became even ruder to me. He soon backed himself up once I showed him my phone showing the email that I sent to the...
