If I could give a 1/2 star I would. The biscuit was decent and that's what the 1/2 star is for. After placing a mobile order we realized that even tho the prices on the mobile app said one price at this location, once you press the "place order" button, ALL the prices increase. When we came inside and told them we placed a mobile order and asked what the price change was about, they said they dont honor any of the online prices or deals(usually if you have your location picked on the app before purchases, which we did, the prices reflect the locations prices of the place you order from. Unfortunately their store was not set up that way..and yes the location itself has the control to do this..just ask corporate). The price increases were a lot and did make things difficult (we only ordered 2 biscuits and 3 drinks and it came to 20 dollars, when the biscuits are currently a dollar) We stood there for 15 minutes and no one called our names or gave us food. They seemed to have forgotten we said we had a mobile order, or that they were preparing an order...and we were the only ones waiting at the time. So we asked the young lady about the order and she told us to take a seat it would be about 15 minutes. We told her we had already waited over 15 minutes. We could see our food on the counter behind her and yet she seemed confused and even told us she couldn't see the order in the computer and they never got it. All the while our food is sitting in a steam tray so long the bag was falling apart from the water when we got it. Finally another lady came over and told her is was our order. As we quickly ate the 2 biscuits, filled our 3 drinks, we tried the diet soda on the machine and all diet drinks went gray all at once. It was empty at 9am and they saw us struggling but no one made any moves to change out the syrups. Poorly run, bad practices to cheat out military members of the regular or deal prices Wendy's offers (and done in a way you dont know until AFTER you pay)and a place where the staff could use...
Read moreThe worst experience at a Wendy's hands down. Horrendous customer service by immature employees! My family of 4 and I got there after a long day in D.C. We hadn't eaten dinner yet and were happy to see that the Wendy's was still open for 15 more minutes. However, everything we said we wanted to order (4 for 4 meals and a couple grilled chicken wraps) the staff huffed and puffed about and said that it would take soooo long. The female employee (possibly the manager?) even went so far as to shake the frozen bag of nuggets and pointedly complain about having to fry them. Just despicable! I saw that they were done cleaning everything but they were still open and shouldn't be so rude with the customers and make us feel that we were really inconveniencing them for daring to set foot in their establishment. We didn't even stay because why should we be treated...
Read moreThe absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve visited…worldwide. The cashier argued with me about how to input my burger order, then did it her way and it was made wrong THREE times before the guy came out and just asked me what I wanted (a simple condiment order). The selectable drink machine was out of all Coke products and they refused to fill inside restaurant customers drinks with the drive thru machine so I had to get a refund for my drink then drive thru to order a Diet Coke by itself, then walk back inside to eat. Completely ridiculous. Having a captive military customer base is a horrible excuse to justify horrible...
