Open up your burger before you eat it! I opened the bun to look at the quality of the burger and was horrified. I thought, I’m going to get food poisoning. I ordered the super star with cheese, when I opened the burger bun, it looked like a burger that was taken out of the trash can, the sauce was soaked into the bun, like it sat overnight, the cheese looked like it was scraped off, and the bun was flatten and thin. I told the manager that the other burger and fries we ordered were fine, but I want my money back because this burger is unacceptable. I was expecting the manager to say, I’m really sorry ma’am, can I get you a new burger or do you want your money back? However, she defended this burger and did not give me my money back right away. Her argument was that, the burger is fine, it just came off the grill and that’s how they look. I asked her to show me a freshly made cheeseburger to compare. Then she decided to give me my money back. I told her I want to compare the fresh burger with the one that was given me. I was shocked, it looked so good, I asked her if she thought the burger she gave me looked the same. I lifted up the smashed bun to show her both sides of it. She accused me of flattening the bun. I was gob smacked. There was a red flag before we received the food. The order came to $11.02 and the young man at the till asked for $20.02. We told him that was wrong and asked if he got the order mixed up. He didn’t, but realized we were right. We paid with a 20-dollar bill, after receiving the money he immediately walked away from the till with the money. I thought that was strange; eventually he came back and gave us the...
Read moreUnfortunately this location employs racist employees who discriminate against Caucasians and refused to serve or take the orders of those wearing Packers t-shirts.
I was honored to have marched against border concentration camps recently. I felt it was my duty as a good citizen. Unfortunately it appears that some of the employees in this Carl's jr are not so tolerant of those with a different color skin. All I did was show up wearing a Green Bay Packers t-shirt and the employees walked away from the counter and refused to take my order or give me service. This was horrible racism and those employees should be fired on the spot and I should receive a public apology. Instead, I have received no response from the store. I have spoken to others about this situation and they too have horror stories to tell about some of the employees working at the store. There appears to be a real clique there who enjoy discriminating against older, Caucasian people.
I don't care what color you are or what background you come from. If you cannot treat all customers with respect then you shouldn't be working here, and this store should expect a lawsuit if they don't quickly remedy such situations and fire such unprofessional,...
Read moreUsed to like this place when it first arrived in this location. Their food used to be fresh. Upon this visit (it has been quite some time because of past bad experiences) we ordered a chicken club meal & Famous Star sandwich. Pull through & we are told it is $32 & change!😳🤯🤷♂️Why? Receipt comes back that my chicken Club meal with a medium Powerade is over $14 and believe me, that chicken was Cooked in High Heat for a Short time because I was barely able to bite through it I cannot eat their greasy fries so my wife tries and spits them out. Something was either dead in their oil or? Her Famous Star burger is famous alright because it Famiusly gives anyone diarrhea within 2 minutes of the first bite! Shame on whomever allows their $32 of food make their customers Sick within 5 minutes of eating! We would have been better off ordering Taco Bell & sharing with 10 hungry homeless people & ourselves & all of us just having a little tummy discomfort! My chicken could have been used as the new hockey puck for the local hockey team that night! Wow! This is Why I haven't been there for So Long. Disgusting & I ended up at the Providence ER for 23 hours!🤯Point taken, Never go back...
