Yum Yums — Restaurant in Marysville

The place is total chaos! I called to place a simple order and the person answering the phone had absolutely no clue on pricing or when they would be available. While trying to help me I was placed on hold 4 times. So she could help the others meanwhile all I can hear is confusion from other staff. I then had to repeat my card numbers 4 if not 5 times to be told my card was the problem when their machine was having a networking error and clearly told them that on the screen. At that point I figured the order was finished and was told I could pick them up tomorrow at 1 and pay in full then only to have the owner call and tell me my order was canceled and that my card would be refunded. Now I'm sorry but I spent 15 minutes on the phone for 12 cookies. Get your staff trained and properly educated on the business they are working for. And for God's sake have a little respect for the staff trying to run your phone for you and shut up instead of arguing about...

I visited Yum Yums for the first time today and loved it. The atmosphere is very cool with unique signs on the walls, the only downside is that there are only two very small tables inside for seating. It's more of a take out restaurant. Other than that, the food is amazing and the ladies working were very sweet, friendly, and personable. I had the BBQ Brisket w /cheddar sandwich, it was delicious. One sandwich was enough to feed two people. I also got a free cookie for it being my first visit. I would recommend Yum Yums to someone looking for a quiet little place to go for...

I like to think I am a cupcake connoisseur, so I've tried my share of cupcakes. The cupcakes here: Best ones I've ever tasted. The flavors, the fluffiness, the presentation chefs kiss. And the price was so reasonable! I also had the pleasure of trying a ginger molasses cookie. Do you like autumn? Because that's what this cookie tastes like. Slightly crisp on the outer layer and soft and chewy inside. I would totally order baked goods here for an event without hesitation. I can't wait to try...
