Long John Silver's | KFC — Restaurant in Marysville

When we walked into the restaurant, no one was around. We waited for 10 minutes at the counter. There was someone in the very back mopping and I tried to get their attention but they couldnt hear me at all. We realized there were about 5 young workers All gathered in the office and even my calling the one lone worker in the back, none of the others responded. When they came out, one person seemed interested in actually working only. She took our order then disappeared. She said it was made fresh so it would be about 7 to 8 minutes. 15 mibutes later our order comes to us and she sets the carry out bag down and there are no sides. I asked her where they were and she said in the boxes. And then she said no. Wait, they arent. I didnt put them in there. So she went to the back to get the sides. I didnt open the boxes of long johns to see the overcooked food until we were on the expressway going home and it was too far to turn around to go back. All of the food was way overcooked. The food is good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. There often isn't anyone at the register for several minutes. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, just waiting, after the person at the register walked into the back without acknowledging me after taking multiple other orders. I was the last in line after those people. So I waited at least 10 minutes before even being able to place my order. This visit my order was nearly missed. I heard someone in the back, when asked about my already paid for order, that "We don't have it". I waited over 15 minutes for my Long John Silvers order today. The commercial told me to get the saucy chicken nuggets, so I obeyed and went through the drive thru. I placed my order for the saucy nugget combo with fries. It was only after I drove off that I discovered that I received neither utensils or napkins to eat the nuggets that were really saucy. I would normally let that slide, as I usually wipe my hands on my clothes anyway, but then i saw that instead of fries, I got a bunch of gravy in a cup. Haha, joke's on me.
