Starbucks — Restaurant in Marysville

Craving a latte and the Starbucks is in the Meijer's so took a break. Staff friendly and prepared my drink right away.

2nd visit with my niece. Raised stars to 5! store was SOOOO busy! Socially distanced lined up out door. Staff member was by herself and clearly stressed to be serving such a stream if people. Talk about integrity under pressure!!!! Hat off to this woman! She served each and every customer with care, true customer service and was pleasant even though she was swamped. Need more people like her who are willing to get out to a fast paced job under normal circumstances and did the job no complaints by herself!!!! Hope she gets a good raise, even called Starbucks corporate to let them know how this employee was a keeper! BTW, Store was STILL lined up when we checked out of Meijer and she was still taking care of each customer. And I tried the Apple Crisp Soy Latte,...

Man the ladies and gentlemen of this store are nonetheless than amazing! Everyone usually smiling and ready to help you!! You guys make my mornings and we'll my days!! Fast friendly staff!! Went to this Starbucks, usually have a pretty good experience, but today was not it. The barista (they didn’t have nametags, strawberry blonde hair/long ponytail) was quite rude. I understand people not knowing what to get, because of a shortage in supplies, must be frustrating but the attitude was absolutely ridiculous (not making eye contact, no smile, pouty face, barely talking to me…etc) Do better in your customer...
