Well my food was fine but I had to make a few trips back to counter and wait for the guy working front counter to get the things I needed that was not where it's supposed to be. First trip was for creamer for my coffee and then there was no pepper and after standing there for a couple of minutes he said you all were out of pepper and then I had to ask for jelly and this whole time my food was getting cold. This seems to be a common problem at all of the Hardee's that I visit so If I could make some suggestions because I eat at Hardee's a lot if you all had creamer available out there instead of the little packets maybe in some type of a container because that is one of the things that seems to be missing quite often and also put the jelly out there so people could help themselves and not have to go back to the counter and wait on someone to be able to help them make it more convenient for the people in the dining room that would be a big plus.. as I'm sure you all are very aware sometimes you can walk in get waited on everything goes smooth other times when it seems like I'm in a hurry I have to go back to the counter two or three times for stuff and I know it aggravates the people there working because they have to stop what they're trying to do for other customers to get stuff that I feel should be out there to make it more convenient for everyone just a suggestion. Set up the drink station kinda like the convenient stores do it's self service and alot more...
Read moreThis was the saddest fast food experience. There are possibly only 2 employees working the dinner "rush" tonight. I'm sure no one wants to barely make enough to live while also being subjected to furious customers who can't see the two people working are doing their best. I believe one was a manager and the other was a new employee who could only make drinks, it seemed. I can't say the food was bad or great, but the situation at this store is a common scene in this economy, unfortunately. If trickle down doesn't start trickling, the situation will only continue to worsen. Shame on this corporation to allow these two young, hard-working human beings be expected to work like this. And I guarantee they will neither one will be thriving at life while district managers ride them for lacking in sales (from what I saw was 6 losses in my 30min wait). When they should be given a bonus and a paid week off to recover from the stress they endured. And the business closed until they can provide adequate employees a decent wage. Anyways... it's not just this location or just this chain.... it's our greedy profitering elite at fault, and a mass amount of fearful citizens who don't feel they have the power to stop it. Let us eat cake will be their solution and they will see...
Read moreI’m a frequent customer at the 1575 Robert C Jackson, Maryville, TN (1506642) location, & have ALWAYS been very satisfied. Today I was VERY disappointed with my purchase. (Order # 254). I had a coupon for $1 cinnamon rolls- which I told drive thru person- I ordered 10 (for a staff meeting at work - expecting to pay $1 each). I feel at this point in time I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD the coupon was only good on TWO ROLLS - while waiting for the order confirmation, I saw a promo on the drive thru screen for ‘blueberry lemon cream cheese pie’ so after asking what the price was for each- ($1.79) I ordered 4. When I got to pay window I was told the charge was $31.48!!!! I thought it was going to be about $20- that’s when I was told coupon only good on 2 cinnamon rolls. Really ticked off as I could have ordered ALL blueberry lemon cream cheese pies for $21.48 (which everyone in the staff meeting loved, but they had to cut in half to share) I feel I got ripped off at least $10… I admit, I probably should’ve canceled the order at the window & drove off, but I was anxious to get to work with treats for staff. Won’t be back...
