Our family ate here this afternoon. My sister and I brought our elderly parents for a meal. My father has Dementia, is very weak and uses a walker. My mother has heart and breathing problems, uses oxygen and a walker. Taking them anywhere is an adventure! To make matters worse it was raining pretty hard. As I got my father up and out of the car and up to the door an employee, a young man named Noah (aptly named for the conditions) rushed over to the door to assist in getting dad inside. He stayed ready to man the door as I got my mother out of the car. Trust me, this is no quick task. Total time was close to 10 minutes. Once inside, after thanking Noah I watch as he sat back down to a half eaten meal. He had interrupted his meal break to help us! You don't see this often, especially from someone so young. Next thing which impressed me was how clean the dining area was. I had interactions with 5 different employees and each and everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. After we finished our meal we started the task of getting our parents, oxygen tanks and everything else back into the car. We had boxed up some leftovers and had our sodas sitting on the table. I noticed another young employee having his lunch break and I walked over to him and told him I would be back to get our stuff. I hadn't taken 3 steps when he very politely ask if I'd like a tray for the sodas. I said sure. He then interupped his lunch, put our sodas in a tray and bagged up our boxes!!
What a wonderful, caring staff they have!
Oh..........by the way the food was...
Read moreI will start with the fact that I have been here before and usually the food is good, which is the only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1. Last night, I ordered in the drive thru and they told me they were out of chicken sandwiches, annoying but we just ordered something different. When they finally gave me my food, I realized after driving away that I was missing a drink and 2 biscuits. I went back and had to wait a while as all the workers kept walking past the window looking at me but did not come to help. I eventually told them and they said yeah we are out of biscuits. Well, no one told me that when I ordered, they come with the meal, so they were just planning on shorting us? She finally offered a different side instead after I told her that and it took quite a while to get those. When I got home and started eating, I noticed there were only 4 chicken tenders instead of the 5 that I ordered and they tasted like smoke, like maybe they were near something that burned, I'm not sure but they were disgusting and it was a total...
Read moreI've been upset with Bojangles the last few times we have been in. Last time we went- Waited for an HR before asking for a refund because our food wasn't ready yet - because it wasn't ever cooked!! Today the poor girl was alone up front and needed change to give me my change back. She asked 2 different people and when someone finally came over to bring her ones, all there was was complaining about being the only one running the drive through (in other words, she didn't want to help this young girl) money was taken from the drawer but my change still didn't come. The girl made our lunch and apologized a third time for not having the correct money for my change. We went to eat and I told her I would come back before leaving. It took them over 20 minutes and 3 additional customers to get money back to the register. Management should be ashamed of the way this place is being run. Customers should come FIRST!! this young lady on the register should absolutely be applauded for the way she handed this situation Not sure I'll be going back...
