Ignoring my wife's advice, who once waited an hour inside during a slow time for 3 people to make a burrito, I decided anyway to visit this location for the first time, and it's the first time I've ever been this disappointed with Taco Bell. I submitted an online order for inside pickup and sat inside when I arrived for about 30 minutes just waiting, watching employees goof off and listen to loud music. I should have opened all of my food in there and checked everything but after having to wait longer for sauces and drink lids because the bins were out, I needed to get my kids home so I left. Once I got home, I realized that someone either isn't reading the order as they put it together, or they just don't care. For all I know, I could have received someone else's items because they were trying to juggle multiple orders at once instead of knocking out one order at a time. It was one of the most disorganized, dysfunctional kitchens I've ever seen. The Mexican Pizza looked like it had one scoop of meat then a spread of cold, old refried beans. Instead of a chalupa with nacho cheese added, I received a crunchy taco. Instead of a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken, extra cheese and extra sauce, I received what I assume is an attempt at a steak quesadilla with a tiny bit of steak and maybe a few drops of sauce. My wife's beefy 5 layer burrito looks like they couldn't figure out how to roll it so they used two tortillas and it's pretty obvious that the tortillas were never heated. I honestly hate to leave reviews like this, but hopefully it helps improve this location. I am thankful to live closer to the better Taco Bell locations.

FIrst my receipt says Logan was cashier, however, thats not true. How do I know? Because I heard them saying he already left. Second, the kiosk are great. I get it. But it appears by putting in kiosk, the employees have forgotten how to greet people, to acknowledge people and have basic people skills. Another customer and myself were paying cash (I know omg math!!), so we approached the counter as the sign instructs. Only to be ignored by every single employee walking by except one. More on this guy in a second. Apparently during this time the drive thru became so backed up that people were told their order had to wait. The cars were wrapped around the building. So I couldnt even leave immediately (couldn't back out because drive thru cars had me blocked). I don't know if you need to offer better pay and stop hiring people that do not have people skills or good work ethics, but please do something. Now the young man wearing his cap backwards and wearing a black/gray/white camo long sleeve shirt...give him a raise immediately. He was the one to show us where to pay. He greeted us. And during the entire time we waited for our order, he was busting his butt. Give him a raise.

Went to the drive thru for Lunch. Lots of people and It moved slow. The speaker in the menu sucks. You can't hear them and I'm certain they can't hear you. I say this because my order was screwed up so badly it had to be a contributing factor. I had to park and go inside give back what they gave me and get what I actually ordered. I gave three stars instead of two because they made it right for free and gave me a coupon for a free taco on the next visit. This location has left stuff out of orders in the past. I enjoy an occasional Taco Bell meal and this is the closest location. They need a revamp and some leadership at this store.

This Taco bell has major issues ! On Friday September 8th I visited this location after work about 2 a.m. only to arrive to see all of the employees about 6 to be exact sitting at the outside table out front and one with to go reciever on his head. I went to put my order in at the to go window and they said they were having food issues, and they reached out to other taco bells to try to address their issue and they would not be serving any food. Food issues ? What does that mean ? A shortage, their food is spoiled and not safe to eat ? Hmmmm

I was like ok well things happen so I went on my way. On September 13th Wed. I decided to try taco bell again same time and same location after work about 2 a.m. this time I decided to call before going by there, lady answers the phone and I ask are you still open and she said yes until 3 a.m. and then I ask no issues ? And she said no all is good. So about 15 Mins later I pull in and same thing all employees sitting out front at table and one with reciever on his head and not one employee inside.

Pulled up to order my food and this time they informed me that the system was down and it will be a while just to try to get me to leave. So I informed them that I called and confirmed all was good and he said well just happened couple mins ago, I just laughed and said well this time I put my order in online so what to do ? He says ok give it about 10 mins, so all the sudden it went from 10 mins where he failed to tell me that before he found out I called and I had a online order. So I told him I will wait and then from the table out front of taco bell I see 2 employees walk in and proceed to make my food out of the 6 or 7 emoyees sitting out front at the table.

Order was cold, tacos mushy and heated in a microwave for a quick fix. So now I know that the employees are cleaning up early like 1 a.m. until close at 3.a.m and going outside and any customers that come by they tell them they are having issues so they do not mess their area up and don't have to deal with anyone since everything is slow. Major issues at this location that need to be addressed whoever the owner of this location is. You need to start from the bottom and work to the top with new management and all. Your taco bell is in trouble when the employees shut the restaurant down when they feel like it? I understand anyone wanting to get ahead of things and be ready to close but you can't just close up when you decide it is time to close, IT is a business. If you say 3 a.m. then that is what it should be. You will never get my business again and I my family were...

First time at this Taco Bell location today August 25th. Ordered 2 chicken chalupas & 1 chicken Taco plus a mountain dew (order# 250). Waited in line and got to the drive-thru window at 8pm, maybe 8:01. Instantly given drink and paid. Sat in car at the window for more than 12 full minutes for such a simple order, not exaggerating (I wish i was). Drive thru was lined with frusturated customers behind me this Sunday evening. The window attendee refused to look/acknowledge me after given drink, pretended I wasnt at the window while they stood there. I began to feel guilt for holding up 6 cars behind me because I ordered 3 easy things. Someone else gave me my order eventually, not the individual at the window the whole time. The inside counter was not slammed either, 1 or 2 people. I would be completely 100 percent understanding if the store was very busy inside too but it was not, as I could clearly see from the window. Newly moved to Maryville and was hoping to make this my new home-town Taco Bell for life but now I am not sure :( I dont want to experience that again. Just disappointed and dont see why any of this happened. I may give this location 1 more chance because the food actually was great!..excellent tacos and fresh guac. If this does happen again where I am fully ignored at the window for no exaggeration over 12 minutes, I will not be going back. I didn't feel appreciated as a customer. And again, I would not be writing this review if it was the store was busy during busy hours both in the store and in the drive thru. 8pm on a sunday is NOT busy hours. Can someome train the staff? Even just a courteous update at window at any point in the 12+ minutes would have been nice for my...
