Smokeys Pizza — Restaurant in Maryville

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Tater Tot Bowl with a 20 oz drink. The total was 23 dollars with tip for delivery, which is steep but this location knows they are the only place that delivers in the Walland area. When my order arrived, there was a hair on top of the bowl. It had already taken around 45 minutes (which I expected and was not a problem) but when I called to let them know I would be leaving for a trip out of state in an hour and wanted a refund, the lady insisted that she could have it remade in time. It did get here in time but the delivery driver told me that the owner wanted her to see the food with the hair on it. So, I dug the bowl out of the garbage to show the delivery driver. I do not appreciate the insinuation that I was lying about the hair when I had already paid 23 dollars and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a tater tot bowl that I didn't even want to be remade. The drink they gave me was wrong as well, so a new one had to be delivered with the second order.

The next thing is that the cheese for this is not even real shredded cheese, but canned nacho cheese, and I didn't find a piece of chicken bigger than a dime. The quality of the food does not match the price, even for delivery. It was just tots slathered in sauces.

The delivery driver was amazing and the lady who handled my order via phone was great as well. Incredibly friendly and apologetic. Its a shame. I don't know if I'll be ordering from there again...

Ordered the online special deal. 5 lg one topping pizzas for 30.00. Pizza crust was thin as paper on all pizzas. It was so thin that there was hardly anything for the cheese and pepperoni. My kids would pick up a slice of pizza and you could actually see through it . I also ordered a hamburger with extra onions and mayo. There wasnt no onions at all on my burger. The mayo was put in a small container that was nothing but liquid. and had leaked all over my potato wedges. The tomato on my burger had been cooked to mush. 3 small pieces of lettuce. I've been getting food from there ever since they opened. But this is the worst ever. I'm crippled so I sent my 12 year old son out to get it. And he told me that the lady that delivered it ask my 12 year old son if his his grandmother or grandpa gave him a tip to give to her. Which I did give him a tip to give to her . my son said she put my food on the ground when she ask him for the tip and ask him to sign the receipt. This was very unprofessional . I will not ever order from there again. (Update) I recieved a call from the owner. He was very respectful and courteous about the way our experience was . He has offered to replace our whole meal, which is very much...

I’ve ordered from this location multiple times...needless to say their food is pretty decent but I’m not ok with how long they took....ugh I gave my family some money to order food while I was working a late shift and they ordered their food around 8:15-30ish. They wait for 30mins to an hour which is expected from any pizza place...but the funny thing is that we live 3 mins away from this particular location and I guess they closed at 9pm and I didn’t know that...well my family being upset I decided to call papa johns and placed an order...the best part of the story....lol.... Papa johns and Smokey’s both showed up to my doorstep at the same time which was about 10pm. Well hate to say it but papa johns won and Smokey’s lost. If Smokey’s would’ve called and said “oh sorry we can’t do your order or we are going to be behind schedule” I would’ve been fine with that but since there wasn’t anything like that all Smokey took a loss and wasted...
