Would give A negative star if allowed Arlene B does NOT know what she is doing as a manager! She would not serve a Carolina Gold sandwich that I had to go walk and show her on the window still advertised because the promo was over. Mind you I spend a lot of money there and it’s literally a chicken sandwich with bacon lettuce and a sauce. Let that slide. Went somewhere else. Then today went and purchased chicken tenders meal large and additional items to use my $5 off coupon she acted like it was an act of God to honor. Asked for 2 turnovers to hit the $20 no tax amount instead got home with one and a small fry that was more money. Called her told her her MANGEMENT response was to hang up on me. I never even leave negative reviews this is needed she doesn’t know what she is doing other TEEN workers can figure out how to honor a dang chicken sandwich or take $5 off a coupon. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL will be calling corporate!!!! Thank you Arlene for being so ridiculous over minute easily handled decision making that obviously you can’t handle. The TEENS should be YOUR BOSS!!! Terrible...

I was given a Hardee's gift card. We stopped at the 411 Maryville location on our way to work. They had about 8 to 10 employees working with only 1 cashier running the register. We waited about 10 minutes while the cashier struggled to take a mentally impaired customers order. The employees didn't bother to help or open another register. I ordered a number 1 sandwich only and a chicken blt club sandwich only. Only 2 items. You would think with 8 employees it would be hard to mess up right? I received a chicken sandwich with only pickles on it! So angry! I did not have time to return it. The other sandwich was old and lukewarm. If you enjoy roulette and old food this location is for you. I will never go to this location again. I over paid for a disgusting sandwich that wasn't even close to what I ordered and who puts pickles on a fried chicken sandwich!!! Check your order folks! Better yet completely avoid this trainwreck...

Tried the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, and upon checking my sandwich to see if it looked correct, it had no sauce on the chicken at all. I went back to the counter and asked about the lack of any sauce on the chicken and was assured by several employees that it is not supposed to be sauced, and that they use a powder/dry rub. The GM assured me they would make me another one if it wasn't hot. If the first one was made correctly, there's no need to go back and have them make another one that will be just like the first one. Well, okay then, let's try it..................This is definitely not a "hot" sandwich, not even a hint of hot. I feel like if someone is ordering a hot sandwich, these are folks that like/love spicy foods and can handle some heat. Lightly spritzing some paprika on a sandwich and selling and marketing it as hot...
