Best Smoothie joint in East Tennessee. Uses REAL FRUIT and a ton of health ingredients but if you want something a little more indulgent you can have that too for a treat. They have everything. I suggest you try the juice recipes as smoothies instead because they can do that too, particularly the Watermelon Lemonade. Peach Cobbler is my favorite indulgent smoothie at the shop. The large smoothie is basically a meal. The important part is that this is not one of those places that just uses dubious powders and asks you to join a club. This is a real INDEPENDENT BUSINESS with ingredients you can see. It's also a good place to grab lunch. Sign up for the loyalty points because you will be back! I got a few free smoothies so far but I didn't sign up until after I came a few times. I tried the others in the area and they just don't compare. Twisted Sister will always be my #1. The smoothies freeze well and thaw out nicely. Sometimes I get 2 and put my second one in the freezer for another day or to let it thaw...

She deeply showed concern and remorse for the problem. She fixed everything and handled it very professional.

Always double check what you purchase. Avid customer and never "checked" any of the products after purchase. However, makes me question the other products I've purchased in the past. Especially when the lady helping me proclaimed "I gave you extra" but indeed it was short.

Am I worried truly about 0.3 short? No. However when you charge top dollar for your products it should at LEAST be what was advertised.

After calling to inform them of their mistake, I was told, "you can bring it back, and we can "add to it"

I went here a while back and stated VERY clearly I have a severe strawberry allergy. The female behind the counter said they would sanitize then proceeded to have two males who were extremely high off their gourds make my smoothie. One sip in and I began to have a severe allergic reaction and had to throw it away, then immediately go to the hospital. My boyfriend went in a few days later, took my hospital discharge papers and bill, showed it to the manager asking for some kind of accountability given they almost killed me. They "took accountability" said they would call, and never did. We gave them weeks but they never called. I would steer clear of this place if you have any severe allergies, nothing was sanitized correctly during my visit and they were allowing people who were too high to keep a conversation up sanitize their equipment...
