Worst service I’ve ever had. Just stood in there over an hour and a half with 5 kids just for us to never be able to bowl because the girl running the desk who took our name and wrote it down on a list said she thought we were there for a birthday party (that she also somehow didn’t know was coming in). She was honest about it and very apologetic but that place has the most unprofessional owners I’ve ever seen. The man who owns it was there and had multiple conversations with the girl and was smiling and laughing. never once walked over to us and apologized or tried to help the situation at all. He instead had the girl call his wife and ask her what she should do and made her handle it even though she was clearly frantic. The wife said she could offer us buy 2 games get the 3rd free?! (Which I’m pretty sure is already a deal they run) After standing there that long. If we stayed for that terrible “deal” we would have had to wait for 2 lanes to open up since there were so many of us and they had literally just sat multiple parties in front of us so it would have taken forever. I’ve been to Crest for years and never had any issues. These new owners are a joke and just wasted our time and then after all that we had to leave empty handed without them trying to fix the problem at all. Save your time and do...

We came here as a group of 5 to enjoy some family time today. We had the worst experience. The front desk was not helpful with our repetitive glitches and issues with our lane. We spent more time waiting for half fixes then we did bowling. Paid for 5 shoe rentals and 2 games each. Over an hour and a half or so.. We were finally on our 10th frame when it completely messed up. Front desk then offered to move us to another lane (because the people beside us finished). By this time, we were all annoyed at the continued problems and time spent waiting to bowl. I declined and asked about getting a refund for the second game since we weren't wanting to stay any longer and couldn't even finish our first game. We were denied a refund because "he offered to move us". Never again will I come here. No help was given and it really ruined our day. We will never have another birthday party here or even bowl here for fun....

While at crest bowling lanes we were having fun and expressing our excitement with laughter and shouting. Then where told someone complained about us. They then proceeded to crank up the music and get on to us again for us supposedly being loud. My father then went up to the young man with curly hair at the counter and asked him for the manager/owners number to report how we had been treated he then told us he wasn't giving us the number and his mother owned the establishment the man then proceeded to yell and curse and hit the wall and table while screaming at us (aka the owners son) Hope no one else has these problems when going to this establishment. It was also only ran by teens only had 1 adult in the building and she was just serving beer. Been here many times before the new management happened never had these problems before so must have been something...
