If I could leave NO stars I would. We purchased a home in may. In June I came to get butcher block counter tops and cabinets. I ordered the cabinets and counter tops with Home Depot in June with Cameron “kitchen expert” my husband hand drawn out a blue print and I showed him the blue print and he showed me the cabinets on the shelf and the counter tops. I picked out what I liked for both and we went back to his desk and ordered them. He showed me everything he was ordering and it was correct. I paid and left. Well I ended up getting a message my order had been changed so I called the store and he had went back in and changed some things is what I was told. It was going to be 5/6 weeks before my cabinets came even though they had them on shelf which I didn’t understand. So my husband went back to the store and talked with customer service and the lady there said she didn’t know why he would order everything when they had it so she gave us everything they had on the self and they only had to order a couple things they didn’t have. The counter tops we had to have ordered but that was fine. Well when they came and we went to pick them up they were the wrong ones. He just had ordered what he wanted when he “changed” the order. So we had to re order the counter tops and wait another two weeks. We get the cabinets home and start opening them and we have cabinets we didn’t need and wrong sizes and had no crown or shoe mold even though we paid for it so we had to wait another 4 weeks or so for the correct things to come in and when it came in it was still wrong and in the middle of buying the cabinets and waiting for them to come they ended up changing the style of the cabinets and getting new suppliers so that messed up everything. We got no help or apologies from the management. We got no help offered for anything that happen. I paid almost 3,000 for some raggedy cabinets and molding for them. I should have went to andersons and paid 600 more and got better cabinets. When we opened the boxes they cabinets were all beat up and scrapped but of course Home Depot does not care all they care about it selling cheap products and making a dollar off some hard working people. The customer service is rude and will let you stand there while they talk to other employees before they help you. Very...
Read moreI was just at Home Depot in Maryville. I was loading up a trailer full of wood for a deck! Not one of your employees come over and asked if I needed help and I am a female loading, heavy wood by myself while two of your employees sat on a stack of wood and watched me load my trailer. Their vest said that they were supposed to be loaders, but they were too busy drinking their Dr Pepper and talking about the night before to come over and help me and yes, I did take a picture of them sitting on their stack of wood! It is like this every single time I come to Home Depot men watch me load materials and wait until I am almost done and then say oh do you need help like are you for real? I have a business account, but I am about to take my business to Lowe’s I shop at Home Depot because I know exactly where everything is, but I am sick and tired of never getting any assistance in or outside of the store!! This is ridiculous. You guys need to get it together!!! People spend thousands and thousands of dollars at your store daily, including us if you’re going to play your employees you need to make sure they are working and not just sitting down and enjoying a nice Dr Pepper while female customers load up their own...
Read moreI recently purchased this beautiful shed from Matthew McBride at Tuff Shed in Home Depot, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the very beginning, Matthew was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in guiding me through the process. He helped me customize the shed to fit my needs perfectly, ensuring I got the right size, features, and aesthetic to match my backyard.
The shed itself is sturdy, well-built, and looks fantastic. The black and white contrast gives it a sleek, modern farmhouse feel, and the added window shutters and flower boxes make it even more charming. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the materials used feel durable and weather-resistant. The ramp is a great addition, making access easy.
Installation was smooth, and everything was done with great attention to detail. The shed sits perfectly level, the doors and windows function flawlessly, and I can already tell this will last for years to come.
I highly recommend Matthew McBride and Tuff Shed if you’re looking for a high-quality shed and excellent customer service. He made the process seamless, answered all my questions, and ensured I got exactly what I needed.
5/5 stars! Would absolutely buy...
