Extremely unhappy with customer service at this store. Very unhappy with staff's handling of correcting an order when they made a mistake with. First they had an employees two children hanging out for what appeared to be hours in and outside of the store with no mask on and boxes of food sitting there, pack backs on the floor and the two boys running around inside and out chasing each other with no mask on either of them..
This one mistake has now caused this family of 8 to now go to Tony's Pizza in Mason moving forward and or another one of the many places in the area. As well, all work related orders I continuously make for my office for my staff with delivery on Fridays, Birthdays and so on will now go to Tony Pizza or another business. Think about that, all over $7.00. The cost of seven dollars doesn't bother me at all, but how this staff immaturely handled this upset me a great deal.
I ordered a large deep pan pizza with four toppings, boneless wings and a (steak sandwich with cheese only). I get home and the sandwich has only cheese, no steak. I call them and tell them and she says, (I thought you said Cheese only). Think about that, who orders a steak sandwich with cheese and no steak. On my way there, they actually called my cell which I did not answer because I was driving, and left a message saying I will have to pay for it when I get there and that the mistake was mine since I ordered wrong. Again think about that. I have never in my 49 years have ever had a place call me back like that. With all that said. I will send a response to the Corporate office, because if they have folks like this who do not know what they are doing. Also both times I was not given a receipt, however I have my card charge. This staff in this store needs some serious leadership and guidance. It use to be a good store, but as of now, myself, my family, my friends, neighbors and all work related parties will never use Jets again over this. Read moreThis location is the one that got me hooked on Jet's! Well, boy have they changed & not for the better. We ordered my usual of extra sauce & light cheese 8 corner deep dish & 2 orders of wings for my birthday dinner. Got it home to discover after the first bite that there was hardly any sauce on it at all & way too much cheese! The wings had no flavor in my date's opinion. So, we decided to take it back to have them fix it. We were told about their measurements & that if we wanted it saucy to order triple sauce next time. They also informed us of management changes which had nothing to do with our complaints. There was no offer to correct the issue. Ironically, i ordered from the Liberty Twp location the week before & had the same problem. However, they apologized profusely for the error & offered either a credit or another order, which I accepted & picked up. I got there, was shown the new order, which was perfect [!], and more apologies & no excuses. I will solely give that location my business!!!! I will not patronize the Mason location if I can help it. Thanks to them, we ended up ordering at Brixx Wood Fire Pizza up the way & my birthday...

I think he said there was only two people in the kitchen.- I personally think every restaurant is short staffed coming out of Covid, so I don’t get bothered. Having said that I requested a special seasoned crust and a side of ranch, but received neither. (We have ranch at home, but all the women at work swear Jets ranch is different and literally the best stuff ever, and so I wanted to try it) I don’t recall a charge for the special crust, but a $1 charge for the ranch. I opted to text our order, and truth be told I’d never done it before, and am probably the reason for the seasoned crust/ ranch miscommunication.
