Arby's — Restaurant in Massillon

My 1 experience here was absolutely horrid. I have worked for Arby's in the past and I WAS NOT treated as a paying customer.

My order was wrong, my child's tenders were not in the bag. My sandwich was not in the bag. Instead I was given a door dash sandwich that wasn't worth the $15 I spent) When my pregnant wife called the store, we were hung up on and spoken to very rudely by the store manager. When I drove back up there, I was told I would not get a refund (mind you, I waited for 8 minutes for my food that wasn't correct in the first place)

The store, then called the police on me, as I wasn't going to have my money stolen from me and not even get the food I initially ordered.

The Police did get my refund for me.

But, this was a terrible experience for me. And I worked at Arby's for a year at another location.

I will probably never visit this location again, and I really suggest other folks don't, either.

Only a one star because I had to I would give it a no star I never had a problem until I went to the Arby's in Massillon Ohio I went ordered a classic beef and cheddar and got home to see they just threw a piece of sliced cheese on the sandwich instead of the cheddar sauce so I called and told them and they said I see what happened we was warming up the sauce and it wasn't done you can come back to get another one I got there and the person at the window said what do you want it replaced with we're out of cheddar and I told them I called and they said it was warming up so they shut the window and all the sudden came back with another one with the cheddar they was supposedly out of so I get back home and get it fully out of the wrapper and there is an inch of flour on the bottom of the bun I will never go back to that Wendy's corporate was polite though so this is just for that spacific Arby's horrible any...

Wow they fixed it all! Great food well done and polite. I have to bring them back up to a 5 star arbys experience. Best part, this is our second time back. Thank you corporate , and current management!

Will not return. When I got home with my order my fiance opened up her aju to find what looked like pee water. I left my food to get cold and ran back up to arbys at the window I asked for a remake of the aju and a hot sandwich for my pregnant fiance. The manager gave me an attitude and said she would only make the aju. When I asked for ms attitude s name she refused and slammed the window in my face. Employee Rae came to the window and said that she would not give me the managers name. I called corporate and they are trying to make it right with a new meal for my family.
