I haven’t been to McDonalds in over a year, and I certainly will not be going back… here is why.
I went through the drive thru and after every single thing I said, the lady kept replying, “okay is that all”. Actually no it’s not, I had 5 more items to order! I was ordering for myself and 2 others. All I could successfully order is a Sausage egg McMuffin meal. She could not understand I wanted a solo sandwich or hash brown for the life of her. The 3rd time I mentioned it to her, she even deleted the coffee off of my already ordered meal lol. At this point, I realize there is no way she is going to be able to understand the other 5 things I have to order, so I just say, “hey, this isn’t working. I’m going to have to come inside to order because you aren’t understanding what I’m saying. Sorry if I’ve been difficult” and proceeded to go inside to order. Went inside to order, no big deal.
When I got home, guess what? My friend’s sausage egg McMuffin has no egg, and the donuts we got, the icing is completely on the side of the bag, not a single drop on the donuts… I’m a positive and kind person, but this is absolutely ridiculous.
As I waited for the food to be bagged, I saw multiple employees with lousy attitudes making negative comments… to customers. They obviously hate their lives and job. I understand, it’s McDonalds… Fast food sucks! However, you should not be ruining other people’s days just because you don’t like your position. I can only imagine how many other people this happened to as well, and this is why I wanted to leave this review. I’m not looking to complain, or compensation, I want change! I can’t believe the operation you guys are running and no one has stepped in to change anything. I haven’t been to McDonalds in over a year, and I certainly will not be going back. Read moreMe and my Wife went through the Drive thru ordered a #2 & #9 I believe after waiting for about 4 minutes we proceeded to the window to pay ( we never got a receipt ) we pull forward and waiting another 4 minutes they tell us they didn't have our Sweet Tea drink and something was wrong with the Carbonation we requested a refund for our drinks they give it to us. I live literally not even a two minute drive for this location. We get in the house our food is Hot but our fries where Ice cold. I get in my Vehicle drive back this time I park and go into the McDonald's. I ask a gentleman working if he take at my fries because I would like some fresh Hot fries ( especially after being inconvenienced ) a Manager walked up doing something at a register ( a white male ) I don't want to say his name here. I kindly said to him I received some cold fries and was waiting for some new ones, then I stated how come I did get a receipt and he replied the the one closest to him wasn't working only the ones by the Drive thru was working. I then said I originally came from the Drive thru and I had to come back from home. He then Ignored the ish out of me and I was no way disrespectful to him or anyone else even the kind gentleman the offered to replace my fries touch them and said out his mouth Damn Those Are Cold. This was the third time me and my family received bad service and Cold Food at the location and ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE DOWNTOWN MASSILLON LOCATION. And please make sure you check your food before you leave get home and have to go back...
Read moreIf I could give it zero stars, I would. Literally, I only go there if my son wants chipotle and my daughter decides onnuggs and fries. The customer service is trash, there are absolutely no expectations required of management, it's only obvious. Today's experience, like others, disappointing as usual (again, only go there for convenience if both kids agree on take out from downtown). I get pulled forward for the customized breakfast sandwich I ordered for a member of my household, only to be met with a sandwich, not even in the wrapper, and all the way made incorrectly. Rather than making it right, the manager showed up at my window to ask me what was wrong about it. When I told him and showed him, he had no apology for me receiving the sandwich unwrapped and incorrectly made but I agreed, I'd settle if he'd get me the missing ingredients....I was asked, once again to be pulled forward and wait. Turns out after all that, my roommate told me it was disgusting! The bacon was obviously old and the muffin was hard to chew....she threw half of it away. I should have known better, but bc I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I'm proven right,once again....this McDonald's location, downtown Massillon is garbage. It's nothing but a headache for over priced, underwhelming food, and the absolute worst...
