Courtney, the manager at the Maumelle, AR location was rude, accusatory and dismissive. I sat in line patiently from approximately 8:08 - 8:20 am CT. Ordered my usual grilled chicken bowl. Then stated eggs cooked hard. She asked me to repeat and i repeated. She responded that they could not do that. I replied but you always do. I come here all the time. I said I don't want them runny. She says they're never runny, dismissing my prior experience. I said I don't want to argue (not wanting to hold up the line any longer) just take the order. Got to window, asked who took the order so I could call back and share my experience with a manager. Courtney said either I'm not telling you or it's not important. She then accused me of being rude for saying just take the order. I asked for the manager because I didn't want to argue and was going to explain and inquire how to order the eggs. She stated she is the manager. I asked for another manager and she stated there is no other manager. There were several team members around witnessing this behavior and because I am a manager I didn't think it was appropriate to continue so i just requested my receio. Courtney came across as rude with no customer service to resolve a situation even if she felt I was rude. I spoke in normal tone. My phone was on speaker and the person listening heard the conversation and was shocked at the argumentative approach and confrontation at the window. We eat at Chick-fil-A at least 3 to 4 times a week with the kids. This was a very disappointing and unnecessary. If I'm aware that prior managers have accommodated me due to personal reasons, dismissing me is...
Read moreDo not expect the normal Chick-fil-A experience with this one. As someone really familiar with the core values and beliefs of Chick-fil-A, they didn’t follow any of them. The workers seemed like they were trying to do the least amount of work possible and just wanted to get orders done as soon as possible so they can go back to talking to their coworkers. As a result of they got our order wrong. The man who took our order didn’t repeat back our order or fill our beverages correctly. Our food came out quick but it was not at all accurate. We ordered a Mac and cheese instead of fries but instead they handed us an original sandwich with American cheese. They also got a side salad wrong as well. When we got the incorrect sandwich, we went and told them that there was a mistake. Instead of correcting their mistake, they tried charging us for the Mac and cheese that they didn’t give us and were trying to make us pay for a mac n cheese they messed up. Very disappointing experience especially from such a respectable chain, but this one just didn’t get the memo on what the Chick-fil-A experience is all about. Won’t go again and...
Read moreI love Chick-fil-A. So much in fact that I visit at least 3x weekly. Today I visited the Maumelle location. I placed a mobile order for 5 milkshakes. When I arrived, the order was not ready. I stood under the “pick up” sign for approximately 15 minutes. Not one employee asked me which order I was waiting on. During my stand under the “pick up” sign, another patron came up to the register. He had a complaint about his order of frosted lemonade. The employee behind the register replied, “It looks like our frosted lemonade.. but I wasn’t over there when they made it soooo...” Then the employee walked off. Then another patron came up to the register with his receipt. He explained that his sandwich never arrived, and that he had been waiting for 20 minutes. Finally an employee (maybe a shift manager?) said to another employee “Will you go see what she is waiting on?” I was absolutely appalled at the attitude of this Chick-fil-A. They didn’t have the Chick-fil-A spirit.. they had the McDonald’s spirit. I hope Mr. Tucker takes notice of this review and whips this establishment into shape. They are bringing down the image of...
