Almost always happy with the service! There have been too many times where something I ordered was forgotten. Otherwise, the food is always tasty! My current favorite place to get Chicken Pasta Primavera

EDIT: WAS my favorite place for the pasta, but the past 3 times my order was "lost". I was only given credit one of those times. Today was my final straw. I ordered at 11:35 and was told it would take 20 minutes. I got there about 11:55 thinking it would be done. It was not. I did not get my food until 12:10PM. I remained calm while I waited 15 additional minutes. The young woman working the window did not tell me there would be a wait, she just left the window. When she FINALLY came back with my food I went home to finish my lunch. IT WAS BURNT. Even with my added Alfredo sauce IT WAS BURNT. It tasted burnt. I ate what I could but ultimately threw the rest away. It isn't even worth the hassle to try to fix it. In my original review, it was 4 starts btw, they had a habit of forgetting things on my order that WERE PAID FOR but the taste made up for it. I just don't like when I order something with more than enough time and the person who takes my payment doesn't want to provide an update. The one time I did receive credit the manager had to come and tell me that my order was lost.

Honestly, after so many issues I don't think I'm ever going back. It is sad. I suppose I'll learn how to make the dish I order myself.

I've been coming to multiple different US Pizza locations for years & always have enjoyed their food. However, this location doesnt live up to any of the other locations I have gone to which sucks, because I live in Maumelle. I have eaten here atleast 10 times since this location has opened and it almost always disappoints. I usually order take out and one visit was dine in. The large salads are a lot smaller than other US Pizza Co.'s, which seemed a little better today. The pizza I've had here previously was flavorless and seemed like they forgot the sauce! I love the other locations wings and usually get tequila lime which this one doesnt have on the menu, so I've ordered hot wings twice now and both times BAD! Today they were soggy and undercooked and on my dine in visit they were so burnt I couldnt eat them bc there literally was NO MEAT left it just crumbled off, black charred. When I confronted the waitress I was not offered anything to make it right or remove it off my tab. So I gave it another chance today and was disappointed to have to wait to eat to reheat the wings in the oven to cook them thoroughly and also mad they gave me all drumsticks and no wings! I really hope they get it together bc its the only real restaurant with a drive through that is super convenient when you have little kids thats hard to bring in at times. Before I start, I have never had downloaded the yelp app in my life before eating at this establishment. The restaurant is a very well built and scenic area. The brick work is amazing, however that was the only thing working. Our service was below subpar. If I wanted to be ignored, I would ask the government when I’m getting my tax return. We got one round of drinks before getting our refills an hour after. Now I can understand if the restaurant was packed but there were a total of 7 tables when we arrived minus the one that was smart enough to leave. The grandparents of the group had to push their nap back a whole two hours. On to the food, which we didn’t receive until an hour and a half later. It was actually pretty good, warm pizza. But my vegetarian sister in law was almost poisoned by the ignorance and lack of respect from their staff. If we had not noticed the sausage if the middle of her sandwich, who knows what could have happened. Overall, don’t go here unless you have nothing better to do with your time. I would recommend going to the zoo, the park, listen to a podcast, go canoeing, go bowling, minigolf, watch a new movie at the theater or plan your dream wedding....
