Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maumelle

Im Choosing Dominos Over Pizza Hut Any Day! So let me start off by saying we are human we all make mistakes...Dominos did mess up my order but the difference is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! ✅ How do you make the customer happy? I have went to Pizza Hut where they have messed up my order but did not even attempt to satisfy their mistake & argued with me on top of that! Dominos handled the same mistake the way It should have been handled when you are running a business! KUDOS! 👌🏾So in my pictures you will see a eaten pizza and not all the chicken because we was hungry 😆 but it looked perfect prior to then and taste delicious! 😋 The pizza that was half eaten is the one I ordered...the one not eaten at all is the mistake and because I have had this issue before with pizza hut and the man told me I didn't order it that way I now screen shot what I ordered just in case but i didn't even have to show my screens screenshot!🙌🏾❤ She offered me to keep the original mistake and to fix my pizza correctly, give them 15 minutes so I went down the street and got a drink came back it was ready! 🥰 Now that's the way it should be done bc we dont get paid like employees they get paid to wait & work but customers who order by pick up and already have waited the time frame given whether its driving or at there home should be given something for the inconvenience of having to wait for additional time if it was not their mistake...That is the perfect strategy to customer satisfaction in most cases....Im not sure if they offer refunds but I didn't request one bc I wanted the pizza but for the wait being able to keep the pizza they will trash anyway & have the option to give it to someone in need is nice! Good job to the manager who advised the employee to allow me to keep the pizza & would make it correctly this evening...not sure who the manager was but employee was really nice blonde ponytail lady in the window she was very professional & nice and even remembered me when I came back! I only gave one star because I had too but I will never deal with this Dominos again. We don’t have too many pizza places out here in Maumelle as is so I’ve given them more then one opportunity to get my orders together. I’ve had burnt pizza with no toppings and no sauce, wings slimy from not being cooked long enough to wrong orders. I gave it another shot tonight because my son wanted pizza and received yet 2 burnt pizzas and half done wings. I called after I placed the order just so they would put some extra care into it because I didn’t want a repeat. Spoke with manager JOHN in which he had a bad attitude he didn’t offer anything or to even make adjustments but instead accused me of trying to get free food and hung up in my face! Order: 8 Hot Wings 1 Medium Pizza, Hand-tossed, marinara, 1/2 Pepperoni and beef, 1/2 steak and feta 1 Order chocolate cake 1 Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

Apparently you have a different selection of wings than other places, because my wife used to love them and now, since we moved to this location, says they are much too fatty to be enjoyable. The cake and sandwich were fine. The pizza was cut odd (unevenly) and the half with steak/feta was actually only about a 1/3 in size. The toppings were minimal on all fronts, be it sauce, cheese, or selected toppings.

This was our new years attempt to give our local restaurant one last try, since we hadn't eaten there in over 10 months due to food last time. Sadly, it will be the last, since the Little Caesars or Pizza Hut in the same area offer a much better food...
