To visit the lovely Cassabe Restaurant in Mayagüez PR during Christmas 🎄 was definitely a slam dunk! Right after we visited City Hall and saw the beautiful Christmas 🎅🏻 decorations, We walked into this lovely restaurant overlooking the Plaza de Colon. There were so many options on the menu, but I was delighted with my delicious Roullate de Yuca with the Greek Rice. Make sure you ask them for the guava sauce. Yikes! "Avoid this Restaurant & the Bearded Waiter" Waited 45 minutes for my Dinner Order before calling the Waiter & asked for my order..He had no answer & asked me if I wanted to cancel the order..I said "NO" because I just arrived from San Juan & I was hungry..After waiting an additional 10-15 minutes, my order got to my table..My Churrasco was thin, dry, rubbery & very vinegarette (it seemed the Cook dipped it in heavy Vinegar to soften it b4 cooking it.
