I recently had the pleasure of dining at Entre Copas, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt incredibly taken care of. The service was impeccable; the staff were attentive without being intrusive, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. I was particularly impressed that they never let a cocktail finish without asking if I wanted another—talk about attentive service!

The ambiance was just right, and the staff made sure of it by frequently asking if we were comfortable and if the atmosphere suited us. It truly felt like they were dedicated to creating a perfect dining experience.

In a corner of the town of Mayagüez, you’ll find a small yet incredible restaurant called Entre Copas. I had the best churrasco in the western region—it was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. It was served with a super creamy mushroom risotto that complemented it perfectly.

We also tried a stuffed chicken breast, which was incredibly juicy, accompanied by another house specialty: cheese risotto. Both dishes were excellent.

Before diving into the main courses, we enjoyed a variety of house cocktails from their impressive bar, stocked with both local and international liquors.

Despite arriving almost an hour before closing, the service was outstanding—attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy yet modern, making you feel like you’re in a New York City bar.

This gem in the downtown area is like walking into a ballroom. The atmosphere is very romantic/ upscale, and the service was the best. We ordered the cocktail of the day, which was a St. Valentine theme. Delicious. We shared the lamb chops, which come with risotto with gandules with a side of sautéed vegetables. We had the chocolate cake for dessert. The portions were so big that I wondered how they could stay in business. I highly recommend it. We almost started dancing as it felt so intimate...
