Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Puerto Rico

Went their a few nights ago and ordered a dozen donut mixed, and the light fir the free glazed donut was on it was 7pm asked for the free glazed donut and the response was that the light was so the customers can see them. And that they were not giving free glazed donuts due to the pandemic. But the customer before me was given one ???? What's the difrence. And hour later the red light was shot off.. so is the light for the customers to see if that they are open or for the free donuts as the rules were or what.??? My daughter was so upset that she almost gave back all the dozen donuts she bought. And had to calm her down she was so upset she almost cried. Will not go back FALSE ADVERTISMENT !!!!!! And to top it off their were over 20 dozen donuts nice and hot on the railing were the donuts were just going...

I had not been to a Krispy Kreme since my college days 20+ years ago so when I saw this location today I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to introduce my kids to their doughnuts. Boy am I glad we stopped in! Everything was perfect: customer service, cleanliness, selection, freshness. Delicious!! They were super patient as my kids took FOREVER picking out each individual doughnut for a dozen. Even the bathrooms were immaculate. We will definitely stop here again whenever we are passing...

Mini donuts, what happened to the halloween minis.. I did not buy the regular hollween donuts. I felt forced to buy those...come on KC, at one time you was the best...I traveled 28 miles to get the minis..so disappointed. Your staff needs more training, too much playing around and (fun) talking while serving..hopefully the Xmas minis...
