I have driven by many times and said "One day I'm gonna stop by" ..Well today I did, with my wife and daughter, and WHAT a surprise!! The atmosphere was trendy and inviting..the hostesses were pleasant and the food was beyond amazing!!! Definitely try a frappe! Refreshing and well made! The Salmon toast was perfection! I could've had another order it was that Good! My daughter had the burger with an egg. She was very specific how she wanted the egg and how she wanted the hamburger cooked and she was so impressed the chef cooked it perfectly to her specifications! My wife had the Pastrami and she was worried about how big the serving would be,( she's not a big eater) it was just right!! And, the flavors were spot on! If you're in the area, please stop by! It's well worth the stop! I was planning my next visit while I was still eating!

Migas deserves 10 stars because it is simply off the charts! The chai tea here is hands down the best I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered the Champion breakfast and it was absolutely amazing—every single item was cooked to perfection. Nothing greasy, nothing cold, nothing overcooked—just right. The service was outstanding. Our server really listened to our needs and answered all our questions with care. To top it off, the baker herself came out of the kitchen to explain the desserts she had just made, which made the experience even more special. I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic breakfast spot in Mayagüez. I will definitely be coming back!

Wow! Hands down the best breakfast experience I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The food was absolutely above and beyond—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The coffee options were out of this world: from the hot brew to the iced pumpkin coffee and iced mocha latte, everything was spot on and delicious. Service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. My order came out quickly and exactly right, which made the whole experience even better. The barista was fantastic too, adding that extra special touch to the morning. I can honestly say I’ll be coming back here a hundred times over. If you’re looking for the best breakfast in PR, this is the place!

Maybe they have good food but, we weren't able to eat and left. Got to the place at 11 and told the waiter to take our name and let us know when a table became available. He said it would be 30 mins. NOPE, the waiter never called us and the manager made another list without us in it. Then started calling everyone but us and said we had to wait our turn. Guy never apologized nor he ever attempted to make anything right, he never spoke to the waiter and just went around calling people that had just arrived to the restaurant.
