We frequently visit this place and people there are normally friendly. But you get to know really the business attitude when there is a problem. On Saturday (two days ago), I bought a bottle of Puerto Rican honey. (In general, I try to buy local products to favor local economy.) The honey had a stale, funny flavor, and thus I decided to return it. They wouldn't return the money because the bottle was open. I tried to no avail to explain to the manager (Carlos) that I wouldn't possibly know that the honey was stale without opening it.
