Ordered 15 box lunches, different sandwich choices, but the ones that were to have avocado had no avocado. All of the people we serve lunch to open their sandwiches and checked, and there was not any on any sandwich that was supposed to be. called the manager who returned my call, but very much said he made the sandwiches himself and I told him there were no avocado spread on the sandwiches and he did not even offer any words of being sorry just insisted he put it on. I did a lunch for the doctors at Hillcrest Hospital. It was very disappointing and embarrassing. It doesn’t matter that he said he put it on, every single one of them looked and there was none, as I stood there embarrassed! my order was $206. I will never place an order there again, and the manager should have at least Compensated even though he thought he was right he most certainly was not. I did a professional luncheon and it was the most embarrassing thing ever. This place is not a place I would ever order for catering. I was in there the day before and ordered the Veggie that also was supposed to have avocado spread and when I opened my sandwich, it had none but I didn’t say anything about that! He stated that he wanted two more of the same sandwiches, without the extra toppings a second time. Once our order was prepared we relize and expressed that we ordered a risk of three sandwiches. When we advise Scott that we order a additional sandwich he looked at us with surprised and stated no you order two, we said no three sandwiches in total. He then as the left who took are order and she said nothing. SCOTT then went to the register and looked and stated she only charged you for two. We then stated that we needed three and he in a sarcastic tone said well she made a mistake and yiu need to pay for the third sandwich. No apology fir the mistake. I asked fir the first receipt to verify and he stated it was with the sandwiches, it was not. He then realized his mistake and handed me my receipt. After express hie opinion and my husband expressed his. SCOTT then thanked us and asked that WE NEVER RETURN THERE. Never should you tell a customer to not come back, because the staff messed up taking an order and the customer express their feelings. Read moreI called and was told quote we don't deliver that far we only deliver to Golden Gate Plaza. So I got in my car and drove down there and everybody that was there had their hats on Sideways and no I don't care what your boxers look like. I ordered a beach club and was told we have no tomato No guacamole and literally a sliver of onions left you still want the sandwich I wouldn't want that what I was told. He pulled out the little pouch of guacamole that was partially frozen and said no we don't have any guacamole and I said no it's okay by the time I get home it will be on thawed. He proceeded to make my sandwich it was only 9:30 they close at 10 very disappointed. You can obviously see in the photos they intended on closing at 9 as the entire store was broken down already also in the picture you can see a garbage bag sitting right outside the door again you close 10 not 9:30 you should take the trash out to the back not leave it out front for your customers to kick to the side just to get in the door.
