6/21/2024 I will never go here on a Friday evening again. 1st of all, it was hotter in there than it was outside. 2nd of all, the young lady told me 4 more minutes on my order, then she proceeded to tell the 5 people behind me the same thing. I'm no mathematician, but I knew that didn't add up.🥸 So, 17 minutes later, I ask for an update. Again, 4 minutes. I asked if she was sure cause the last time she told me 4 minutes 17 minutes ago. 😳 Finally, I received my order. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. The pizza was amazing. The cheesy bread was trash 🗑 I'll definitely return for the pizza, but maybe on a Tuesday or something or not at all. I'm big on good service. While the young lady was nice, her standard answer of 4 minutes to everyone was recklessly faulty. It's too hot to play those games! To be clear, waiting was not the issue. Being told 4 minutes when it was clearly 20++ minutes is where my issue lies. May 2024:This is easily my new favorite pizza place. 1st, my old fave changed pepperonis, so I was forced to find a new spot. I'm sharing this story with the guy at Teresa's, and he tells me people always compare them to my former favorite. Except, Teresa's is better! Well, obviously, I don't believe him, and I think he's just blowing smoke. I digress. I ordered. OMG, it is delicious! My guy didn't lie. As a matter of fact, he under-sold his pizza. I'm a regular now. I regret not having pics. But if there's a review to trust, this is it!...

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! Working for a smaller company we used to order here on occasion. Management is garbage. Back in October they messed up our order forgetting a pizza. Making excuses about how we wanted an early delivery at 12, still making us pay for their mistake that came 30 minutes later. Requested to talk to the owner, never happened. FF until today. Delivery driver was 15 minutes late. Called the shop, he left 25 minutes beforehand. He calls on his way here asking where we are located. I tell him where and to hurry up cause he was 15 minutes late. He walks into the office, asks if I was the one he was talking to and then tells me "it was 12 minutes" and proceeds to threaten to take our pizza back to the shop because of my attitude. He's, again, making excuses on how slow the kitchen was and how he started his shift at 12. He then tells us "this is not how you treat customers". Maybe someone needs to tell the delivery driver the $10 TIP we gave him to walk pizza to a table makes us customers and how he treated us was...

Ordered a pizza and salad for a few of us (we work in a school). After the order had not arrived, I called the store and was told by the manager that there was no delivery that day and he had called and I'd silenced his call (again, I work in a school and my phone is silenced). He said it had gone right to voicemail. I asked if he had left me a message so I would know the food wasn't coming. He said he was too busy. I said again he should left a message so we all would have known the food wasn't coming. He said "you ALL...it was only one small pizza and a salad...you're exaggerating." I said there should be some compensation for the problem, he said I should "accept the fact that he was busy." It was absolutely rude, appalling ~ absolutely no apology, nothing.
