I think I've been here before but not quite sure. Either way, my wife and I went here for our 5 year anniversary dinner on a Thursday night. I tell you, there was nothing but older people here. I'm 37 but everyone else had gray hair and / or was balding. If it weren't for the expensive menu I might have thought this was an assisted living facility! We each got a steak for dinner and the seasoning sounded promising but we were not impressed. My opinion of a great steak is not needing any additives to make it taste better. There was literally no flavor to this steak at all. I had a NY strip and she got the cowboy steak, their proclaimed best and most tasty rib-eye. Not to mention you would think a steakhouse would know the difference between medium and medium well. Both of our steaks were overcooked. Thank goodness we both got mushrooms and onions because at least those had flavor to them. The interior is nice but like I said this place needs more youth. Overall I'm not very impressed. We visited their restaurant in Mayfield, Ohio. I suggest if you want a far better steak you spend the extra money and go to Red in Beachwood.

We were sat quickly on a Tuesday evening… a bit too long with costumers & employees staring - it is definitely a place where locals come but overall friendly. The chicken wings with BBQ sauce which were crispy, small, and the sauce was not good - it had a strange taste that either was too much vinegar or maybe teriyaki (hard to pinpoint). I ordered the special of the day: NY strip - it was cooked appropriately and had a nice grill taste but was also tough. Not worth the price even when it is on special. The Parmesan potato wedges were the highlight of the meal - crispy and nice flavor. We both ordered the bacon Brussels sprouts - neither of us ate more than a couple - they lacked flavor, mushy, the bacon seemed liked bacon bits that were added right at the end. The “garlic basil broccoli” was just steamed broccoli. The brisket was dry, tough, and again flavor-less. It was the same bbq sauce as the wings which we were not going to use again. We were super bummed about our meals, the employees were nice and looked like they enjoy the restaurant but the food quality had a lot to be desired.

So this place is very close to us but we've never actually been here. Well, we were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with it all. Our waitress was Terry. She was cool. We were initially worried because she came over telling us about "our" order that wasn't actually our order. I swear i expected my whole order to be messed up from that point on. However, she regrouped and got it together 🤣 It was all good. I had chicken Alfredo. It was so creamy and good. I had plenty of chicken in it. I had a piece in every bite. It comes with some cheesy bread. The cheese on the bread could've been melted more. It was chunky. My husband had a chicken dish as well. It came with bacon and cheese, and I think something else on it. I forgot the name of it. It was good, tho. His side items were mac-n-cheese and Brussel sprouts. The mac-n-cheese was just ok. He also had a cobb salad that was delicious. We will definitely be here again.

My husband chose this location for Father’s Day and because we have had great experiences here in the past. But tonight, just wasn’t one of those. I did reserve a table online, and received a text message that out table was ready enroute, which was great! When we were seated, we noticed how extremely uncomfortably warm it was and I felt bad for some of the servers who were also noticeably warm. It took a few minutes for our waitress to come and get our drink orders but the drinks and our appetizers came out quickly. Then we waited for over 50 mins for a streak, kids tender meal, chicken Alfredo and a grilled chicken salad. And what made it worse is that we saw people who came in and ordered after us get their food before us. During this time, there was never an update from our server who only came by to fill up my water glass once. I felt that this would have been her time to help make things somewhat better, but it just never happened. My husbands side salad was limp, browning, and barely consisted of anything. Finally our food arrives, and none of it was hot, basically room temp like it has been sitting out for awhile. This was great for my toddler who refuses to eat anything warm, but not so great for the rest of us. And then my husband cut into his New York strip steak and it was extremely undercooked. The server offered to have it put back on grill and it came back out looking much more charred on the outside but still very much rare on the inside. My husband again notified the server and he refused to have it sent back a second time and just ate it. Overall, it was not worth $33 due to it consisting of mostly fat and lack of flavor. After not touching my salad for 30 mins, had to flag down waitress for a box and she only brought 2 and no desserts were ever offered as I had overheard being offered to other tables. I am glad that we didn’t ask to speak to a manager, as from other reviews, it probably would not have been helpful. And one wasn’t even seen on the floor anyways.

There were obvious errors by the kitchen staff- if you don’t know how to cook a steak at a steakhouse, it may be time to look for something else. But I think what was most upsetting was that the server had ample opportunities to help turn this around and she just didn’t. There was just such a lack of emotion at all and even a simple Happy Father’s Day to my husband would have been considerate considering the apparent disappointment that we had about this experience. Sadly, we will not...

Rude Service does not match food Our server was rude... I asked about happy hour when we came in and she said it was only at the bar. This would be fine except that the website states nothing about this and we were sitting in a booth right next to the bar. There was a table also sitting near us who had to get a different server as their server according to them did not want to serve them. What made me write this review however was at the end of the meal our check came and was charged $16.98 for my meal. I had ordered a grouper sandwich for $13.99. The menu stated that it came with fries OR one side. It also stated that if you ordered a side salad it was $1.99 up charge. The way it reads to most people who are literate is that you choose a side instead of fries for no up charge, however if you choose the side salad there would be an up charge. I chose a baked potato when ordering. The server said nothing to me about any up charges when I ordered. When I reviewed the menu, the hostess who was very polite stated that she would let them know. She came back to let me know that it was because I had chosen the baked potato. I then referred back to the menu to let her know that it said fries or one side. They did fix the bill but our server came out rudely and said to me just so you know next time it was going to be an up charge in a matter of fact tone. I let her know that I was just reading the menu and she told me that she wasn’t going to argue with me in an argumentative tone and said well we took it off for you. I will just say this to wrap it up. We are in the middle of a pandemic and in my opinion restaurants are not necessarily thriving. As a patron, we need to support our local restaurants. However, as a restaurant employee who works for tips and represents restaurants who need business should watch the way that they speak to patrons especially in times like these. We will not be returning to this restaurant even though the food is excellent. Nobody should pay money to be chastised or treated rudely all for reading a menu correctly. Still left an 18% tip because I was a server for many years. I should have spoken to the manager, but I didn’t have a feeling it would...

I just left this place. I don’t know how I feel about this restaurant. I went in after a long day landed from NC. I order the NY strip. I sat down and a server name Dani came and asked me if I was ready to order and I asked for a water I was still looking at the menu. She went got the water and I told her to give a minute. She came right back and she was at the bar I was literally sitting across from the bar and she saw me still looking at the menu and she came and ask me if I was ready. I felt rushed for the get go. I order my food and I asked about the broccoli she said it was a garlic butter that was season with it. Once I got my food i started eating mind you I’ve been up since 7am this morning and I was starving. Mid way me eating my food i realized the broccoli doesn’t taste nothing like butter nor garlic so I called her and let her know to which she responded it has butter garlic. I then let her know that it doesn’t and doesn’t taste nothing but plain broccoli. With an attitude she said “okay what would you like me to do?” I said nothing I just want to let you know it didn’t have butter garlic seasoning. I just wanted to let you know it taste like plain broccoli with water. She said okay and i asked her to bring me a side of ranch for my fries. Once she noticed I was not asking for anything for free I was planning to pay. I didn’t want anything for free. But her horrible attitude and customer service made me think she is races. For one everyone else that came in she greeted them with a different attitude and very friendly. With me not so much. Obviously her attitude changed once she knows I was mad. I will NOT BE BACK...
