Let me start with the service. I was here to pick up an order I placed online of 3 pizzas. I'm giving 3 stars because I came in and stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged at least 3 minutes. The only other customer there was sitting down. Workers were present and actively working and made eye contact with me just didn't voice or offer a hand signal of like "we'll be right with you" or "just 1 sec" or something along those lines. That's it. Will it stop me from coming back? Not unless I see this as a pattern. Maybe it was a 1 off. The pizzas were great. My personal favorite is the pepperoni and sausage. Food is good, but the customer service has been lacking. I’ve given this location a shot twice and have been disappointed. First time, the food was extremely late for a pick up. Second time the person at the register forgot to give me all of my food. I may have been just as guilty for not double checking my bag before I left, but when I got home I noticed I was missing half of my order. I had to drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. Nothing was offered to make it right, which is ok, but just wanted to make it clear that it has been twice now we’ve been disappointed with customer service. Hope it gets worked...

I ordered a pizza with cheese half pepperoni and sausage. OMGoodness, it was fabulous. My 5 year old granddaughter took one bite, grabbed a slice for each hand and shouted this is the best pizza 🍕 ever! I also ordered wedding soup. WOW, WOW, WOW, hands down the best wedding soup I have ever tasted. Great people, I met the chef who has been with the Geraci's for 35 years, that tells how special this place is. I left my credit card there by mistake and they kept it safe for me. I look forward to more wedding soup and pizza. I can't wait to visit the new Pepper Pike...
