After calling a couple different locations, I finally was able to speak with someone, Gabriel, when I called this location. I needed to find out about specific ingredients in some of the meats due to odd allergies I have. I had already consulted the nutrition portion of their website; however with my allergies, the ingredients I cannot have are not always listed. After speaking with Gabriel, he took my phone number and instantly looked into my request. Within 4 minutes I received a call back with answers to my questions. As usual one of the ingredients I cannot have was included in one of the meats I was thinking of ordering yet it was not listed on the nutritional information online. Because of Gabriel, I was able to safely and comfortably order something for dinner without the worry of getting severely ill. He went way above and beyond for me and did things he definitely did not have to do to ensure I was able to enjoy my food as well as the rest of my evening. I am not sure who is in charge of this location but Gabriel needs a raise at the very least if not a promotion. Read moreI called around 8:40 and I understand their closing times and it totally would've been fine to turn down taking our order but they allowed us to make an order and the man I spoke to on the phone said if I left my house as soon as I hung up from the call, we could pick it up-- which is what I did. I sent my sister in and they refused to let her in because they closed at nine and we got there at literally 9:01. I was parked directly in front of the door and I called the store after people were just staring at her through the door... It was really awkward to watch. Also, I know I paid for three bags of chips but received no chips because the man on the phone said we could "just grab the chips" ourselves when we arrived. The woman who opened the door (just enough to reach her arm out, also very uncomfortable) gave us no chips.

Read moreI am sitting in the parking lot writing this review from last night as I crave another sub. Yesterday I visited another location, cheating on this one (shhh). I knew something was wrong when I did not smell the wonderful flavors when I walked through door. Needless to say, I left an immediately called this store. The person who answered the phone arrange to take my order over the phone and allowed me to pick it up after little bit after closing. This is the only Jersey Mike’s that actually smells amazing when you walk in. The customer service is top tier, and the food has me coming back the next morning for the same sub I ate last night.
