Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mayfield

This was honestly a horrible experience. Usually, now, I visit this store in the afternoon. I took a chance and ordered a pizza online last night. I ordered at 4:41pm and had a pick up time at 5:18. Coming in the door im told there is a 40 to 50 minute wait. It is about 5:15 at this time. I told the guy I ordered online and did wait 40 minutes already to which he ignored. Then the girl answering the phones is yelling at the people calling and throwing the phone picking her face being extremely rude to all the customers and honestly... the store had plenty of workers.... they just need a real manager to keep them in sync I guess... anyhow. At 5:30 I say again after she looks right past me to wait on the person behind me, that j ordered online almost an hour ago. She throws up her hands and says she will be right back and when she returned said my pizza was being cut it would only be a minute. 15 minutes later... still nothing.. I asked her where my order was and she went back again like it was not her job to take care of the customers orders. I was offered no refund like the 3 people jn front of me who hot their food hot n fresh and free... I got home with a steal cold salty tasting pizza that I couldnt eat 1 whole piece of. Never order from the night crew again. Its always something with them!! O have a video of the girl if lil cesars would like to view it. Its quite ridiculous. She should not be working there if she can't function under a small amount of pressure. She needs to keep her spoiled butt at home and out of the kitchen. ...

Just sat at the drive thru window for a hour before someone finally walked by. Knocked on wondow and told them I just want a refund and the managers name and number. 10 min later the manager refunded me then started using excuse the system was down. They don't know what to make or that people were waiting. Complete lies, as they called out what it is ordered every time. Asked fir corporate info and said have to look online. Manager doesn't know this info??? 3 other cars came and ordered while waiting, but dint know anyone was waiting in the drive thru. No comp offered, just some ridiculous crazy excuses. I. So I go to little Caesars after work it's 9:30 PM they close at 10 PM order a pepperoni deep dish guy tells me you can't have a pepperoni deep dish I said why he said because we turned our ovens off I said OK don't you close at 10 he said yeah but we go ahead and turn them off early so we can start cleaning them now excuse me but from my experience when somewhere closes at a certain time THATS WHEN YOU CLOSE and might I add that they don't have any signs up saying that they stop serving certain pizzas at a certain time all I wanted was a dang Pepperoni deep dish pizza from Little Caesars in...
