I went there the other day me and my son and we got a number 2 c and a burger and fries and 2 drinks I was telling this rude rude woman what I wanted in the #2 and she kept huffing at me and being extremely rude for no reason at all didnāt even ask what size I wanted it and then I went on to tell her what else I wanted and then she started acting like I wasnāt supposed to tell her what I needed on my burger again so I got irritated but I also kept my cool and told her that if she would stop trying to rush me the order wouldnāt b so hard and it wasnāt interrupting me asking me what I wanted or needed like normal but anyway I finally got thru the order without her huffing at me at the end but I work at Taco Bell as a manager and if that was one of my team doing that she would have been sent home or put on another job because that was ridiculous u donāt treat people that way at all I wish I would have gotten her name but she didnāt take my money or give me our food but that was awful behavior and for a grown woman to do that to damn the people who took my money and gave us our food was very polite and did their job but the woman over the speaker was very rude very rude and it wasnāt like my order was long or confusing I just didnāt want onions on my burgers that was it I just didnāt appreciate the attitude...

And the front staff doesn't seem to perform well under those fast paced and crowded conditions, unfortunately. Most of the drive through and front counter cashier employees are very courteous and polite, which I really liked; a few drive through employees have been a little rude at times. But the majority of the shift leaders and upper management staff do not seem to be very friendly or courteous to their employees or even the customers, and I found that very disappointing as a restaurant General Manager myself. I was impressed, though, by their recent remodel with the addition of the self-serve ordering system and the "now serving" display above the front counter. The atmosphere is very nice, and the lobby is usually pretty clean as well as the restrooms. In my opinion, the quality of the food is fair most of the time. And overall my experiences here have been alright most of the time, but I believe they could do much better with the right...

I spent over $10 of my hard earned money on two frappes and paid for extra caramel and chocolate drizzle and they put light drizzle in that one and absolutely no caramel in the other besides a little drizzle on top of the whipped topping and they were both completely melted and when I asked for different ones or a refund they pretty much tried to treat me like a fool saying it was extra and when I asked about no drizzle at all in the other one they said there was plenty in that one too and laughed in my face like I was an idiot instead of just replacing the order that they didnāt make right like it was gonna be coming out of there checks or something and used the opportunity to treat me and my girlfriend like we were fools.
