Dunkin' — Restaurant in Maynard

Tried to use coupon specifically for this Dunkin and the worker told me the coupon wasn't working and she didn't know how to fix it. I was told I needed to come back when the manager was there between 6am and 2pm. Therefore I am unable to use the coupon because I am unavailable at that time and sale ends tomorrow. Disappointed and I don't understand how you can have workers not be able to use their "Happy Opening" coupons. Which I imagine the main purpose is to get people in the door. Man, I've been going here for 2 years. As it's on my way to work, but I have to say this is one of the worst dunkin donuts I've ever been to. The quality of coffee is right below dirty hot water. I brought it up very nicely and was very polite but unfortunately nothing has changed. Today was my last day spending money at this location. Hands down the worse Dunkin in the area. Every time I order from them the order is totally wrong. Every time I order my coffee with sweetener, they never put any.
