I used to eat here often, but then took a break from Pasquale's only because we moved. But recently, I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop in. And honestly i can't believe how much this place has changed. Not in the customer service department, because our waitress was great. But the food was so so disappointing. It was just me and my daughter dining in, because she also used to love this place. I ordered the spaghetti and garlic bread, and she got the boneless wings in BBQ sauce, and a side of fries. Both of us got a diet drink. Her Diet Pepsi, and i had a Diet Mt. Dew. So let's start with the drinks. And let me just say, that neither one of us are picky eaters at all, and our expectations are never set high. So that being said, the drinks were awful. Tasted like just carbonated water, with a splash of watered down diet Pepsi/Mt.Dew. My Spaghetti was way over cooked and the noodles were mushy and tasted like they had been setting in water for a long period of time. The sauce that they poured over the spaghetti, was so thin and watery, that when you moved the noodles to the side, there was a platefull of watery sauce which to me, looked like just tomatoe juice deluted with water. That's how thin it was. No flavor, seasoning, no taste, nothing. But on the bright side, the garlic bread was decent. Now on top my daughter's meal. Her boneless wings dried out really bad, like they had been under a hot light to long, and to cover it up thru drownded the wings in BBQ sauce. And when i say drowned, i mean you couldn't even tell where they were on the plate unless you took the fork and hunted them down. But she enjoyed the fries, cuz like i said, we're really not picky eaters, and usually never complain about food. So when the waitress asked us how are meal was, i couldn't lie. Well my face couldn't anyways. Because she knew just by looking at me and then at our plates, that we far from enjoyed the food. But she was super nice and asked if we'd like something else instead, but we declined. But she was awesome enough to have everything removed from the bill except for the fries, so i can't complain. I did leave her a nice tip, because at the end of the day, it wasn't her fault the food sucked. And she did everything right, and to the best of her ability. But we definitely aren't gonna eat there anymore. But that's just my opinion...
Read moreEdit: We stopped in again to see if our last visit was a fluke, sadly it doesn't seem to be. This is a shadow of the place it used to be. They have closed off one entrance so now, dine-in customers have to go through the main entrance only to be told after some strange stares that there is a hostess on the OPPOSITE side of the dining room(at the entrance they blocked off) We went to the hostess stand and stood alone for a few minutes until she appeared. Our waitress was unfriendly, seemed frustrated and honestly I have no clue why, there were only 2 other dine-in tables. The food was deplorable, this used to be our favorite pizza, we would drive 40+ miles just for dinner. Probably our last visit here, I keep hearing great things about the place just up the street, gonna try it next.
06/21 Might have slipped a little bit. In the past this has always been a 5. The food today was bland, crust and sauce tasted different. Server was great but they had a hostess and she was about as friendly as a post. If you're going to have someone greet and seat people, teach them how to smile and...
Read moreMy husband and I went to eat there because several people told us what a great place it was. We ordered cheese fries as an appetizer, my husband ordered a ranch calzone and I ordered a cheese calzone and I requested some vegetables to be added. Shortly after ordering, we witnessed who we assume was a manager berating our waitress loudly and in front of all the customers in our area twice. Within a few minutes our waitress came to our table in tears and told us that another waitress would be serving us and that she needed to leave. I asked her if she was ok and she started crying even harder, said she was fine and left in a hurry. The manager then started telling customers that the waitress quit and was badmouthing her. After almost an hour, my husband was served his calzone. Apparently mine got stuck in the oven and was severely burnt and was getting remade. My calzone was taken off the check but we still paid for cheese fries that we never received. We didn't argue it because we were in a hurry to just get...
