We will never eat at the subway in Walmart again. We ordered online, drove to the store to pick it up, drove home took 2 bites out of each sandwich (both foot-longs) and could not eat any more because of the amount of salt of these sandwiches. We wrapped them up, drove all the way back, with the receipt, and explained what happened, The man working there just looked at me, so I explained again. He then said he would need to call his manager. After several minutes, she finally answered. They began speaking in a different language. He took the bag and opened both sandwiches, then hung up. He looked at us and said “You come back in 5-10 minutes for new sandwiches.” I explain that we no longer wanted sandwiches and just wanted the charges returned to our card. He said no…only new sandwiches. I then said that the sandwiches were bad and we did not want new sandwiches. I asked if he could put the amount we paid on the receipt on a gift card. He said no, it’s an online order, so no returns. He then called his manager again, spoke in another language and handed me the phone. I explained what happened to her and that we just wanted to return the almost full sandwiches that we drove all the way back to return. She said, no, it’s online, only new sandwiches. He hung the phone up and said, “come back in 5-10 minutes. My daughter said, “no, I’ll stay”. I told him that this was terrible customer service and we will not return.
