We purchased our first riding mower so the young man helping us (Cody) was going over everything ( because we asked him if he would). The owner of the store yelled at him to get it loaded and get back inside. Cody replied with I'm helping them. The owner yelled again and repeated loaded it and get back inside. I yelled back at the old man and said he's helping us at our request. I will never spend another dollar in that man's store. He was rude and very disrespectful to not only my husband and myself but how he spoke to his employee in front of others. Thank you Cody for your great customer service. I hope some day your willingness to help a customer will rub off...
Read moreMy fiancee dropped his under warranty Stihl weed eater off to be fixed a month ago. He was told it would be ready in 3 weeks. He went to pick it up today and was told that it wasn't ready. They said they put a carburetor on it but that wasn't the issue. He was told that if he wanted his weed eater that they were going to charge him for a carburetor that he didn't need. When asked when he could pick it up, he was told, "When I call you. It could be 3 days or 3 months." He left w/o his weed eater which he won't need during the winter.
