Edit: Kroger carries Soda Stream but they don't do the cannister exchanges anymore? I'm not paying full price for a cannister. /
I enjoy shopping here but it's very hard to find a small cart now and I won't push a large cart as they're too cumbersome, especially in slim aisles overcrowded by displays and case stacks. If I can't find a small cart I'll just use a basket and/or not purchase as much as I intended to.
A lot of things are actually sold out with other items(often more expensive) plugged in their place, so keep an eye on your prices when checking out.
Prices also need to come back down on everything. Wages for a lot of folks aren't increasing yet rent and groceries keep going up. Greed is going to collapse us.
ETA: Also, a lot of folks work third shift and we don't even have time to think before places are closing before we're up and functional. It would be nice to have extended hours again, at least to 2/3am if not full 24hr. Friday 8/31/24, your parking lot was full at closing so 10pm is definitely too early for a lot of other folks too. Read moreWe have been consistently using clicklist for a little over one month. We have received a $20 roast that we didnt order, I chose one that was $14. I would have never chose to spend that. To save money, we cut it in half,cooked one half &froze the other. Our fruit onced came home moldy. We overlooked these. Today our salad that's in a clear plastic tub was rotting,mushy & leaking out a small hole all over the other items in with it. I called customer service 800# & she did give me credit on my kroger plus card. I then called the store. The manager said the employee"s name at the top of my receipt was not the employee who shopped for me as she isnt working today. She said that was an issue she would address as it's against the rules. She stated that she would talk to the employees to find out who shopped for us. Also stated they are trained to choose produce by date & appearance. She did offer us a $5.00 credit for the pick up fee on plus card along with another $3 . Read moreAt the beginning of June 2025 I ordered online, fried chicken and a fruit tray for a graduation party. Website said place order 24 hrs before. I did that. On the day of pickup the person in the deli said there was no order. She investigated and determined that their process failed as no one printed the ticket and prepared the order. Offered to make the order but it would take an additional 30 minutes, I told them to forget it as I was on my way to the graduation party.
Fast forward to today, As I was checking out I had a pack of water on the bottom of the cart. I informed the cashier twice about it and she in turn decided to talk to me like I was a child. We all half rough days but that is not how you talk to a customer. I called to speak to a supervisor to let them know about my experience but we all know nothing will be said to the cashier.
Also today there was only 2 check out lines opened and 1 bagger and of course the self check out between the 6 to 7...
