(SPENT $20.83) Was very excited to try this place for the first time. Came up to the drive thru so i could look at everything and when i asked about the dry rub that came on the baby back ribs (as in what flavors can i expect) they made it seem like i asked for the secret formula and refused to tell me what kind of dry rub was on the meat. I then asked for a coke and assumed it was a can of coke and wasn’t asked about sizing or anything like that so came as a surprise when i got to the window to hear i apparently ordered a small coke but i guess that’s fine. I live about 4 minutes from the restaurant and when i got home the ribs were about 5 minutes away from being so cold. The meat was sticking to the bone rather than falling off. The ribs were also pretty dry on the inside despite them being beautifully slightly pink so that was a bit disappointing. Overall would rate this place a 6/10 in terms of barbecue (in my opinion Texas Roadhouse has better ribs that actually fall off the bone and melt in your mouth even after 5 minutes) , 5/10 for service (kept having to wait for them to come back, seemed like they were understaffed and running around) , and 8/10 in terms of...
Read moreI went to Bar-B-Cutie's to pick up some quick BBQ!!! I was greated on the outside of the restaurant as soon as I got out of my car! Which I thought was very thoughtful and classy for a BBQ house! The night manager Bar-B-Cutie's Adam was the one who greeted me outside of the restaurant and opened the door for me to come into Bar-B-Cutie's! I ordered the delicious Brisket's! He let me know what was the best type of Brisket's,which was the moist Brisket! So I bought the moist Brisket ,an order of fries and a bottle of Coke Cola! My food was extremely delicious and hot !🔥😋 So I cannot wait to visit Bar-B-Cutie's again because the whole crew is extremely amazing and professional with all guests! I will also go on record of saying that Bar-B-Cutie's is the best Barbeque Restaurant in the Rio Grande Valley and probably all of Texas until I'm proven...
Read moreI had a bad experience here. This was the first time ordering at the drive thru. We see the menu but didn't see a speaker so we drove up to the window to order. The cashier asks us if we saw the sign in a condescending tone. We told him we did, but didnt know there was a speaker. He sighs then slaps the counter and proceeded to hesitantly take our order. I understand we made a mistake. We never used the drive thru before and hadnt noticed the speaker there. I have only ever dined in before. As somebody who's worked years in several customer service jobs I can understand how something like this may be annoying. I dont think it's acceptable; however, to treat people this way. Making people feel dumb doesn't make the experience good for customers. The only reason I rated 2 stars was because the...
