Honest review guy here. Thanks for reading & hope it helps! Here are some pros and cons experienced during our visit, important to my family and our opinion.
The Good: +Place has a big space, has arcade, moonjump/slides foam matted area for the toddler area & kid zone structures and staff supervising the grounds. +Prices are reasonable for a great way to have your child have some fun and spend energy for a couple of hours or so, mine hit the Zs on the ride back home. The Redeemed: *Recommendation: Age for pricing is not up to date on their website according to cashier staff that received us (have a 12 mo. old) Site indicated she would be free of charge, but was told 11+ mo. are charged, so I would encourage calling if it helps making an informed decision. After my displeased reaction, (due to our long drive) a few minutes the employee honored the website details and waived the charge for our child. So for that I will give a third star as a customer would have been lost right away for not feeling valued. The Ugly (no, literarily.) -Like anything activity place, there is bound to be something dirty, We arrived relatively early within an hour of opening, but the place reflected neglect on the cleaning department for days, dirty mats, trash (staple, plastic beads & other goodies i had to dispose of myself) and plenty of hairs to make a bald head whole again. That being said, Crawlers & Hand-Mouth babies beware. -My other minus star is for air vents, yep the air we breathe. They were quite dirty, the black mark type of dirty from prolonged delayed cleaning and possibly filter change. At a distance you won't know if its grime or mold, but such sights never sit well with me, since it reflects lack of care and it can show. Therefore, we did not stay as long as we would have liked to, but would try again another time to see if there is a negative trend or in light of feedback; improvements.
That was our experience and first impresions for our one visit. We did not try all the areas, but did check the majority. Below are some pics, have...
Read moreThis place was a huge disappointment!! We were planning a birthday party for our girls and we had already talked to both the staff & management about bringing in food for the adults attending the party. This was primarily because some of our guests have medical diet restrictions. We were asked to pay a $75 fee to bring these items in and we agreed. Just before paying for our reservation, they decided to back pedal and refused to honor the agreement on our food arrangements deciding they won’t allow anyone else to bring any type of food in. The only thing you are able to order through them is Domino’s for both kids and ADULTS. Again, a PLAIN slice of pizza (which we must somehow predict the future and order the exact number of pizzas a week in advance or else your guests won’t eat) with NOTHING on the side….for GROWN adults!
If you do not want us to bring food from outside, then the very least you can do is provide menu options- which we would be happy to pay when hosting parties there. By the way, there was no reason provided as to why; all the working staff is completely clueless because this “new rule” from management makes absolutely no sense at all.
Dictating what people must eat and how their plates should be served when hosting birthday parties is a huge deal-breaker for many of us parents looking for new party centers.
Please be aware that word of mouth is the most effective way for a new business to survive in the valley and we will be sure to spread the word of how uninviting, unaccommodating and wrongfully treated we were during our attempted...
Read moreMy minor daughter and minor granddaughter were TOLD to not use the Volcano Slide. They were taking care of the younger granddaughters 4 & 5 year olds. The sign clearly states “No Adults” so I asked them to keep an eye on them. When I asked why the sign stated “No Adults” they answered it’s not for 12 and under. So I took a deep breath and calmly pointed out the sign says “No Adults” there is no age limit or high limit sign. If there was a sign it would avoid all the confusion. We moved on to the slides and jungle gym area. Again the older grandchildren (minor) were in there with the younger grandchildren. They were asked to get off. This time I did ask for clarification since I saw grown men and women with their children in the slides and jungle gym area. I want to clarify I am glad parents are in there with their kids having fun and taking care of them. But when my 15 and 16 year olds aren’t allowed in there I have a lot of questions. Went to the front to ask for policy and no one could explain. How women and men were allowed and not a 15 and 16 year old. The same 15 and 16 year olds that I had to sign a waiver for and pay to get in then not allowed to use the facility only the arcade. Please train employees and post policies to avoid bad reviews and...
