Jack in the Box — Restaurant in McAllen

Lets start off by i didnt even get my receipt but i can let that go the employee parked for my 2 sandwiches she didnt put condiments or napkins so i asked her for the she turnes around with an attitude and say go back in line if u want your condiments and i said excuse me u parked me ur gone go make me wait in line another 10 min for my condiments and i told her no ill wait here where u parked me for my condiments she said ur making such a big deal turned around and walked away she went back to work and didnt bother comjng back i walked in for my condiments and she completely kept ignoring me her team leader Jonathan then comes and i tried complaining to him and verbally told him about her behavior and while i was telling him shes in drive thru backing up cars saying this lady is being annoying and dosent wanna move referring to me cause i had to exit my vehicle for condiments. To think all of this could of been avoided by her just putting napkins and condiments in my bag. There rude unprofessional they don't even wear name tags didnt hand me my receipt took way too long for my order...

Today, they missed the mark on service. We entered the restaurant at about 11 am. There was a couple sitting with a number on their table indicating they had ordered and were awaiting their food. We placed our order and waited, and waited, and waited. At 11:50 we got our order, but the rest of our group didn't get their order until 12:30. One order, a patty melt, had nothing but bread and meat, no cheese at all. The people who were waiting before we came in got their meal after we were served. At one point I counted 24 people in the dining room with order numbers and no one, no not one had any food. They were taking food orders but not delivering any of them. I can not say where the break down occurred, but something was definitely broken. We called the comment line and indicated a desire to speak with management. So far there has been no further contact. Both my wife and I have been in fast food management and possess some understanding how these types of stores are supposed to function. There is something definitely wrong...

Just came by here. It was empty as ever. Only one table in the WHOLE entire restaurant. I pulled through the drive thru which was also EMPTY and was put on a hold for about 10 minutes. Looking at the menu board they wanted $7-8 for ONLY 3 little chicken strips not even a combo just the Chicken itself!! Like what?! The ladies who were working today (8/20/22, at 3pm) we’re having some serious attitude problems. All within the time being there until we left the girls we encountered were rude. Over the mic she goes “Could you speak up more?” Not even a single “please” in there. At the window we asked to take an item off our order and the girl looked at us as if we were stupid. Keep in mind not a single car pulled up behind us this whole time. The portion sizes are also small and not with the prices they have. Do better Jack In the Box.
