I came to return something. The cashier. Ok, but no customer service skills. Just doing his job. No smile, no looking at your eyes... just "next"... but ... CASSANDRA did my day. Everytime I come she smiles and acknowledge everybody! Even me that I was 2 registers apart, and she doesn't knows me. I just saw her last time I came to return what I bought, and I did my purchase with her last time. THANK YOU CASSANDRA!!! I even went to ask her for her name just to put this review. ❤️ she makes the difference here!!!

I had a very unpleasant experience today at Hobby Lobby. The cashier named Mary, who has braids and lots of tattoos, was extremely rude. The store was about to close, and I politely asked her to remove the last item because I wanted to pay for it separately. She didn’t even respond and gave me a terrible attitude. I’m writing this review because her customer service was unacceptable.

Read moreToday At 7/18/25 at 6:12pm i was embarrassed and humiliated by the manager at the time ( bald guy) and the old lady from "returns and exchange" i bought an item on 7/17/25 once i got home i saw it was chipped i went to the store and just wanted to exchange it and not return it... the lady was being very dismissive called the manager which he acted like i was lying and kept saying out loud that the stuff on the flood are never broken or chipped that this will be a first ,but other days i've been in the store they have items that are are broken and tagged at a lower price!.... when the manager agreeed for this one time to exchange the cashier started waving the item up to the camera and saying outloud "you see its not broken" ONFRONT OF EVERYONE!!! When i told her can i have it wrapped and in a new bag She said to me "You can use the ones that you came in" SMH my experience in that store was not good at all i feel ashamed the way they made me feel was not good!! WILL CALL CORPORATE...
Read moreI visited the fabrics department and the attendant told me to bring the heavy roll of vynil that i needed. Then i went to the frames section and i moved a couple of frames to see some that were in the back and the attendant told me that i made a mess if you can review your cameras i did not leave a mess nor was ever my intention to leave a mess and lastly at the register. The cashier told me to move the car as i was trying to arrange how i was going to carry my purchases since the frame i bought did not fit in the shopping cart. A nice lady (customer) who was behind me offered to help me move the shopping cart. I was appaled at the terrible work ethic all 3 of your employees displayed...
