Iāve had a few bad experiences at this Dunkin. But the one I had today was so bad I had to write a review. Iāve met the manager a few times and sheās an older lady, sheās super kind and sweet and always makes sure everything is up to par. I wish all of her employees were like her. Most of the team is made up of subpar, lazy, rude workers. Theyāre all pretty young so I understand that theyāre not as kind as most people but itās no excuse. Most of the time they make my food incorrect, despite having a receipt on the box of what the item is. I order bacon avocado toast all the time and about half the time does it actually have bacon on it. Today it didnāt, so I waited for the rude girl (young Asian girl with glasses, didnāt get her name) who served it to me to come back so I could tell her. She took about 3 minutes to come back, but I didnāt wanna honk so I waited patiently. I also let her know my latte didnāt taste like espresso and if I could have an extra shot because it tasted like only milk. She doesnāt say sorry, sorry for having me wait so long, she just said āwell what is itā very rudely. I said itās a latte, so she took both items from my hands and another worker handed me my corrected items. I had to finally tell her I can't hear her. She took her hand down and had her mouth full of food. Ok I get it, we all need to eat. But not during busy time. The racks on the shelves were already half empty, so there were only basic donuts to choose from. She charged me before getting me my donuts. I then assumed that now maybe they were all the same price. The first donut I asked for was the coffee roll. She said that was a different price. By this point I was already annoyed. I said so why did you charge me first without asking what I wanted? Omg. My husband had gone 3 times prior to this day at different times of the day. They were out of donuts all 3 times.
