Order a 6" sub meal at lunch on 3/5/25. Patiently waited in line and promptly paid. No problems. Went to pour a cup of unsweet ice tea. There was no tea. The containers were completely empty. I did not have time to stop at another place and do not have drinks in my car. Very difficult to eat without a liquid. I cannot drink the sugary sodas and nasty diet sodas offered in the fountain.
I simply asked for refund. The cashier called the manager. Next thing I know there is a conversation going on about a refund. I again stated, "Just please give me a refund." The manager told me I was "being rude." That I am "the one who came in the store to place an order." I may have been abrupt, but I was in a lunchtime rush.
Let's discuss rudeness......rudeness is when management allows a customer to patiently wait in line, then charge him or her an exorbitant amount of money for a tuna sandwich that has a smear of tuna on it, then allow the customer to discover that there is nothing for him or her to drink that is normally there. Why not inform the customer that the drink selections are limited that day?? This can be accomplished with a sign placed at the start of the line. This politely allows the customer to make a decision before 20 minutes elapses while waiting in line.
I apologize if I came across as rude, but Subway has my vow that no one will ever have to endure my expectations again. This way I never have to endure Subway...
Read moreIf I could give this a zero I would first of all we went through the drive through to save time and not have to get down due to rain now I understand if there are customers inside they take priority of course but we wanted in the drive through for 45 minutes never did they employee come to the window to help we finally decided to drive around and walk inside and simply asked the employee that was there if the food was ready by any chance due to us ordering at the drive through kiosk 45 minutes prior all we where told was other customers had just walked in and he needed to take care of them first then when he finally finished there order which took him another 15 minutes to make a single sandwich he started with ours we ordered three footlongs all very simple he made the first two in about 20 minutes then on the last one which is the only one that was any different which was double meat double cheese when I brought it to his attention that it did not have double meat he simply said “oh are you really gonna want me to add the double meat?” If I was charged for it then yes absolutely and then proceeded to make the sandwich when it came to putting on the sweet onion sauce it was empty so he simply didn’t put it even tho he had plenty in the fridge under the counter this place is sad and genuinely a horrible customer experience not to mention it was also flooding inside basically with the rain outside it was leaking in...
Read moreNice, clean location. The sandwich artist made spectacular, delicious and satisfying sandwiches today. I received a coupon in the mail for 2 footlong sandwiches for $12.99. That is way too good of a deal to pass up. My side chick is quite fond of the tuna sandwiches, on toasted bread, so I bought 2 for us to eat tonite back at the ranch. The sandwiches consisted of spinach, onions, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, pickles, tuna, mayo, salt, pepper, oregano, parmesian cheese, on toasted Italian Herb and cheese bread. Employees are very professional, courteous and helpful, made sandwiches exactly how I ordered. This Subway is well stocked with beverages, cookies, and chips. Restrooms were very clean, definitely returning for more sandwiches. Excellent Subway experience, in contemporary atmosphere. There is a drive thru here as well. Although I recommend going inside to order, and pickup window is difficult to find. You place order at speaker located next to front door, then have to drive to rear of building, then go past dumpsters, then turn again and head towards front of building. Sounds simple, but building is rather huge, you are on a scavenger hunt looking for your sandwich. This Subway is conveniently located near HEB, good thing too, my side chick texted just as I was leaving Subway to remind me I was running...
