Ibarra's Restaurant — Restaurant in McAllen

The restaurant is really well hidden, but the breakfast they serve is really delicious. I ordered the huevos rancheros w/ chorizo sauce and they were amazing but a bit pricy, for 7.25 you get 2 eggs, potatoes and beans(the bacon was extra).

The eggs were perfectly cooked over medium, the salsa for the eggs was very tasty, the potatoes were made fresh to order crispy outside, the beans had a good taste home made flavor, the bacon was thin and crispy.

The coffee was okay and while you wait for your food they bring chips and salsa (the salsa was good).

The staff was very attentive and polite, I recommend this...

Everytime I order. They're always in a rush to hang up. Like lady I'm not done ordering. Tortilla raw and cooks culos don't stack it up. They say hello instead of ibarras buenas dias 😂😂.
