Update on previous comment: I had a general manager and he reached out to gather more information. He assured of the necessary steps to attend to this matter. I greatly appreciate his call back and interest in this matter. I told him that I greatly appreciated his time and concern to this matter and that I will continue to go to Jersey Mike's from here on out. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's and I understand that not all staff care for the quality of service as much as the owner of the establishment. I totally understand and Jersey Mike's GM proved they care about their customers. Thank you Jersey Mike's.
----- Previous comment: I would like to suggest that the staff make sure to clean the knives used to cut the subs, removing any dressing or food residue. I mention this because I am allergic to mayonnaise. The customer before me had his sub cut with a knife covered in mayonnaise, which was visible. When it was my turn, the staff didn't clean the knife and used it to cut my sandwich, despite the mayo on it. I informed the staff about my allergy and requested a new sub. Read moreUPDATE Met the manager at a different location I visited and she remembered me. She was very kind and apologized for previous review issue. Thank you Linda and I appreciate you making things right** This is the second time I have had this issue where my online order never gets delivered. I call to speak to manager and manager say to speak to 3rd party delivery company. I have been given the runaround for the 2nd time going back and forth with store manager that give the excuse of "there is nothing she can do" Advised her I order directly through the Jersey Mike's site and the accountability should be theirs and not 3rd party delivery company. Now she stated my order was picked and the doordash person says they have not picked up with a text message stating they are waiting on my order. I will no longer order from this location and use a different location with friendlier service and know the restaurant industry is about making thing right whether its your food, your order or your service!! Now I did not get my order because they said someone else picked up and now no lunch. No refund because someone else picked up....

Jersey Mike's has a good idea on how to make you a sandwich. It's like a factory line...one person cuts your meat, pass it to the person who prepares the sandwich, who will pass it to the person who charges. Very efficient....
But what happens when one of those cogs is busy? It breaks down. This happened here...I understand the staff were new, they only had opened for about 2 weeks.
I enter....zero customers...go to place my order, and 3 staff are just there staring at me. The staff who cuts the meat was in the bathroom. The other person trained on using the slicer was doing numbers it seemed....so we just awkwardly stood there for like 1 min while they waited for someone to return. They told me they didn't know how to use the slicer so we just stood there until one of them returned to start the order.
Did I say zero clients were there?
Sandwiches are top notch...I love the sandwiches. But similar experience on 10th st...and 107.
